They both have curriculum of various activities and learning objectives they offer daily. Classrooms are very clean. Initially , I was having issues about the feeding schedule being followed for my baby. However, management stepped in very fast to offer help after I left a review raising my concerns. Our baby loves the teachers Ms. Cathy, Ms. Kate, Ms. Maria,. Kristie and Ms. Nettia. I like the fact that there is a maximum of 8 infants per class, and they can play diversified activities with my baby! The app My Brigth Day is great and provides us many updates during the day. I strong recommend Bright Horizons at Tampa Palms.

Everything is so clean, sanitary, well organized, and a great loving-learning environment. They're so interactive with the babies. Their app is even more AMAZING. The teachers are very good at communicating with you and they involve the parents. If you're looking for a safe environment for your kiddo(s) this is the place. ----- Author: Alicea Hotchkiss Rating: 5/5 Date: 7/30/2022, 9:15:24 PM Review: We needed to move our son to a new daycare after an extremely negative experience at his previous center. Bright Horizons Tampa Palms was super highly recommended, so we put him on the wait list. We were very fortunate that it only took about a month to get him into the center, and we are completely amazed at his progress since starting! He was very speech delayed due to Covid, and we were struggling to potty train outside the house. He's been enrolled just under 2 months and his language skills have improved massively, and he is fully potty trained! His teacher Ms. Maria and all of the staff has been incredibly supportive and kind. The communication from the center is excellent, and we were notified right away any time there was a chance he may have come in contact with someone who tested positive for Covid while it's been so crazy contagious with this variant, and their processes were very thorough to help us feel safe. We are so thrilled to be a part of the Bright Horizons family! ----- Author: Michelle Chettiath Rating: 5/5 Date: 4/27/2022, 12:26:08 AM Review: Bright Horizons at Tampa Palms is the first daycare we sent our 1 year old to and I couldn’t have asked for a better one! Ms. Olivia, the Health and Safety Director, is friendly, professional, and wonderful with the kids. The facility itself is clean and safe - lots of room inside and out for the kids to play and explore. Ms. Cristy, the Center Director, is easy to reach and spends time with the teachers and kids, which I really appreciate. I love that parents get pictures and updates throughout the day on the MyBrightDay app. My son is in the toddler room and his teachers are Ms. Brooks, Ms. Cathy, Ms. Lauren, and Ms. Christy. All wonderful! Watching him walk into the classroom, wash his hands, and sit down for breakfast in the morning, is so sweet. Occasionally, he does have hard drop-offs, but Ms. Brooks is always there to comfort him. Everyday She is telling me What She learned at school after I take her and melting my heart. She started here during pandemi ,it is very safe . I dont know other branches but This one is very good.

I appreciate the good communication at this center. ----- Author: sanabria Rating: 2/5 Date: 11/13/2024, 2:05:22 PM Review: Really great curriculum and great center but unfortunately, they are starting to cut corners that affect the kids like short in teachers, eliminate food supply and increase tuition fees... management is making decision to increase their profit not in the benefits of the education and kids. not sure if this is a good place anymore.
