This daycare is horrible Run! I had three children go to this daycare, which means I had to buy a cap and gowns for two of my children, when it was time for my third child to graduate VPK Diane, which is the owner told me that I did not have to purchase a cap and gown for my third child because I already had two for my other two children. Diane lied to me and told me that all of the parents wanted to change the color of the cap and gown so when we had a meeting I brought it up and none of the parents knew what I was talking about. After the meeting, Diane cursed me out, and Called me ignorant! She got mad because I refuse to give her another hundred plus dollars for a cap and gown. She is very money hungry!!! RUNNNNNNNNN!!!!!!
The director Dianne is very unprofessional. Nice center but as the head and leader of the academy, you have to be able to admit your mistakes when the communication is not clear with each party. Dianne refused to do so when facts were brought to her attention and paperwork to back her claims could not be presented. Being that I called her out on it, she decided to ruin my child first day of VPK and KICK HER OUT 15 MINS AFTER HER ARRIVAL! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL LADY! Yes your child will enjoy the center but if there is ever a miscommunication BEWARE THAT SHE IS NEVER WRONG AND ALWAYS RIGHT, EVEN WHEN THERE IS NO DOCUMENTATION BACKING UP HER CLAIMS! I wouldn’t take my child back if she had a $1 fee for a day. ITS NOT WORTH IT

This daycare is horrible. They seem nice in the beginning and then you're child will begin to have bites and scratches that you will have to ask about. Don't ask the owner's daughter or you will be kicked out. The owner Mrs. Diane became very rude to me and asked repeatedly if I was nervous about my child's care with a attitude. Almost everyday during my pick up my son would cry. Also, during middle of the day there was random teachers I have never met watching my child. Mrs. Diane cares more about her daughter that works there as a employee than you or you're child. Beware of this daycare. All they care about is you're money. RUN !!! Very unprofessional !!
