This Daycare is Ok. Honestly feel like Ms. Pam is THE BEST ‼️ She kept her patience with my 1years old and treated her with so much love and also taught her soooo much ! When my daughter was switch to the 2 year old class she was ALWAYS SICK, Ms. Kathy ALWAYS complained on my daughter, until the day came where she kicked her out because they don’t have any patients for her. Didn’t even bother communicating with me just waited for me to pick her up to complain about a one year old! When it came down to my child getting hurt I was never notified until I brought it to their attention. Shout out to Ms. Pam though 🩷

Bright Beginnings is hands down the best child care program in the city!! The same owners and teachers for YEARS. They are like a big family! I have trusted them with all my children within the last 4 years and they have provided exceptional care for each and every one. Not to mention Kathy’s scores in VPK speak for themselves. She lives for the education of these children and is known for providing that and tons of LOVE!

My daughter and I love this daycare! The best thing about Bright Beginnings is the staff. Every staff member genuinely cares for each child and goes out of their way to make the children (and parents) feel comfortable, safe, and loved. My child is very clingy and has strong separation anxiety, so I was nervous about putting her in daycare. However, staff made both of us feel comfortable and my child now loves going to daycare. She will walk in without even looking back at me now. I am so grateful for Bright Beginnings and the staff for creating a safe and loving environment for all the kids.

Bright Beginnings has made much an impact on my children, they've grown both academically and personally. The teachers at this facility are able identify details of each child that one would only know by investing time and dedication to one’s needs. Both my children are so happy with the environment and support that’s provided, not only am I extremely satisfied with the staff and teachers I’m extremely confident that my children are getting the proper care, support and education needed to prepare them for Elementary school. Thank you so much Bright Beginnings for providing all the necessary care to help support all of your children to be the best Little humans they can be.

Do not send your child here my infant kept getting sick and when I brought my concerns to there attention they always try to blame it on something else and when I express my concerns the director was very rude and said my child could not come back don’t let your infant there because they will stay sick ‼️‼️ poor customer service as well

Love Bright Beginnings of Deltona. Everyone is very kind and friendly. My daughter goes to VPK. She has had a great experience there. We are in the middle of the year. She is learning so much and always talks about how much she loves her teacher Ms. Kathy and Ms. Christy. Highly recommended.
