This has been such a blessing for my daughter. She struggled so much at her previous school from her grades, to teachers, to being bullied. This is only week 2 here and she is already showing improvement and she's so happy. It was a smooth process to switch her over and I pick her up everyday with a smile on her face and excitement in her voice. It's so amazing to see what a difference it makes when the kids are cared for. I am so thankful for Ms. Tracey speaking up on my post on Facebook looking for help changing my baby's school. This was the step in the right direction my baby needed to thrive and I couldn't be happier about it. Thank you so much Bright Beginnings. I look forward to the rest of this year.

5 stars for the teachers. They really care about the students. ZERO stars for the director Michelle. I went into the school this morning and then called the school afterwards to make sure if something and Michelle obviously didn't listen to what I said when I was at the school. so I had called just to make sure she got it right and she was so RUDE. Nasty attitude, mam you should be ashamed of yourself !!!!!!

Bright Beginnings was such a blessing to us! The teachers and directors truly care for the children that attend school/daycare here. (Special shoutout to the Baby/1's room!) These ladies were gems and made our transition into daycare as smooth as possible. Thank you all for the care you've shown us. Would definitely recommend!

The teachers are amazing, the classrooms are standard and promote learning. Staff have refused my daughter access to my granddaughters records, have refused my daughter pick up in the past and have been at the least substandard in solving any problem or issue that has come up. My granddaughter was placed in this daycare by her father and his girlfriend while my daughter was away in the military. She has been back a couple of years now. This daycare administration has refused records, pick up, allowed a girlfriend more access than my daughter. Refused to adhere to a 50/50 custody order and that’s just the start of the problems at this center. Michelle does NOT know how to communicate, listen or follow a court order. If your child has parents living in separate homes, DO NOT use this daycare. They do not care about boundaries, orders, or respect if you are not their friend, parent who signed up, or their favorite choice you will be treated like you are an outsider to your own child. Faith based school with no knowledge of appropriate etiquette when dealing with blended families. Thank God my granddaughter is no longer part of that circus!!!

My son has been going there about 3 years. They have really went above and beyond for him. The teachers and the assistant director are amazing! Highly recommend!

The teachers here are absolutely amazing, my daughter loves her teachers in every class room she has ever been in. My issue with this daycare is the Director and Assistant Director. I do not like the attitude they have given me since the start. My daughter was sent here while I was away for the military by her dad and step mom and the attitude kinda just started the first time I picked up my daughter. The assistant director has said things to my daughters step mom trying to start things and turn messages or emails into things that they are not and when I tried having a talk with the main director she wanted to give me attitude and just defend her coworker and not even let me speak and find a solution to the problem so I am so glad my child is leaving this daycare soon. The directors are what have ruined my experience at this daycare
