One day last week I came to drop my nephews off to school and in front of everyone she stated that they weren’t accepting them. They stated money wasn’t received! I was forced to take them back only to return with them because money was received!! You violated HIPAA & it was a very embarrassing experience when it was all a mistake !! Besides that incident it is a great school. My nephews both have been well prepared for kindergarten with one being accepted into gifted.

What an amazing school!!! My son went here when he was 2-4 then my nephew went here from age 2-4 and now my daughter who is almost 3 has been here since age 2! They are so family oriented, loving, caring and just an amazing group of teachers and professionals! They still remember my son and memories from when he attended and it has been about 7 years! The best part is they have had the same staff for YEARS!!!! Always spotless and my daughter is always so happy and excited to come home and tell me her stories about her day!!!

I visited in person for a tour for my 4 and 2-year-old. I was greeted by a woman named Marisol, or something similar, although her name seemed to change with each call to the establishment. She claimed to be a teacher transitioning into the director role. After the tour, I asked for a registration packet but only received an application form without any registration information, details on what the children needed for daycare, or an itemized registration fee. When I asked if I could pay the registration fee, she said yes, but only in cash because she didn’t have access to the computer. I said I would return the following day with cash, but felt uneasy about the requirement to pay in cash. Especially since there is another negative Google review about paying in cash. The next morning, I called and asked to speak to the director, but the director was not available, and I was not given a contact number. I was told I would be contacted later that day. After waiting for hours, I called again, spoke to the same person, and mentioned that I still hadn't received the director's contact information. Once again, the director was not available, and no number was provided. I then asked if I can pay using a money order made out to Brave Little Stars, but she said I could not and suggested using Zelle instead. This struck me as very odd. I told her I hadn't spoken to any director, didn't know the director's name, and was expected to Zelle $100’s per child to an unknown number. What happened next left me feeling very confused and relieved I hadn't handed over cash or registered my children there. She became very rude over the phone, saying, "Forget it. We are no longer open. You are untrustworthy, and I don't want to work with people like you. No, no, forget it, we are closed" and then hung up. I have visited many daycares in the area, and all have been happy to provide a detailed sheet of tuition and registration costs, accepting all forms of payment. However, my experience with Brave Little Stars was unsettling. The woman I spoke to insisted on cash or a Zelle payment for the registration. When I requested an itemized sheet breaking down the costs and providing further information about the children's needs, she hung up on me. This behavior seemed suspicious, and I suspect there may be some fraudulent activity involved. I have reported the situation to ELC. I would not recommend this daycare to anyone. If I can't trust you with a payment, I certainly can't trust you with my children. Additionally, while I was placed on hold for the woman to check if I could pay via money order, the background noise was unsettling. There were children crying and yelling—it was chaotic! -Mary

My overall experience at Brave little stars Childcare was absolutely great my boys loves the school their staff is very sweet, nice, kind, respectful. Ms, Leidy the director she's a sweetheart, Ms. Manoucheca is very kind and nice, Ms. Levy is a very sweet lady. They take good care of the kids I love the facts that they keep the kids active in all areas my boys love their teacher so much.

Brave little stars ⭐️ is a great school my little girl loves it. The staff is really friendly I don’t even have to worry about anything I know that my child is in good hand.

I have 2 kids at Brave Little Stars one in their VPK program and the other in their after care. Brave Little Star has caring staff that help me be a better mom to my kids. They are compassionate and available for all my concerns. I love the activities they conduct with the kids and my kids love telling me about their day at Brave Little Stars.

Brave Little Stars School is truly exceptional. From the moment I enrolled my child, I've been consistently impressed by the warm and friendly staff who go above and beyond to ensure every child feels welcomed and valued. The level of care and attention they provide is outstanding, giving me peace of mind knowing my child is in good hands. Additionally, the school's flexible schedule perfectly aligns with my work commitments, making it incredibly convenient for our family. I highly recommend Brave Little Stars to any parent seeking a nurturing and supportive educational environment for their child. 🥰

This is the BEST daycare!! And VPK! Our 9 year old started here at 2 years old and our 4yr old is there now!! Since he was 2! They are the absolute best!! They are OUR FAMILY ❤️ White Black or Hispanic. Any negative reviews are unwarranted.
