I'm battling cancer FYI i was very honest with them, they did waive, i was delayed calls back for any information delaying enrollment again no big deal people get busy, still moved forward, then told the weekly amount i was told was incorrect, but they were going to move forward with that amount told ok great lets move forward, filled out the reg form called ELC last week to pick this school, I called Monday 10/7 if my daughter could start because with my experience with ELC they will retro date back the voucher. was told YES to pay $42. no problem took an hour to get ready, got baby in car and THANK GOD i called prior. i was apologizing for having an attitude prior to an early call when i was being told to have bottles ready, (DIDNT KNOW HAD TO HAVE THEM PREMADE) no big deal made premade bottles, then they asked for a sleep sac FOUND one.. with my medical situation being a single mother things can get frustrating.. but i apologized cause they were just telling me there process i had to accept it.. pack everything the way they asked.. when I called an apologized for being rude. I was then told the director changed her mind and i had to pay $350 for my daughter to attend, cause there was no active voucher. I hung up. I just didn't want to have just apologized for having an attitude i was just speechless, sad, disappointed . I was so excited that i had found a place that i thought was safe while I went to my chemo treatments. I'm low incomed coming to you with a voucher.. WHY WOULD I HAVE $340 right there to give you. So i just took the loss turned around and went home with my daughter called ELC that we needed a voucher to attend. DID NOT ASKED FOR ANYONE TO CALL ME.. But the director decided to call me. in NO WAY SHAPE WAS HER TONE PROFESSINAL. she was pissed i had a problem with the bottles being premade, or that i had questions of the process. I asked for anything in writing about the bottle being premade that was a problem for them. her attitude was terrible, yelling. im battling cancer im sorry but you will not talk to me as if I'm your employee or a child which had to be told her NUMEROUS TIMES we can have a respectful adult conversation. She wanted to control the mother and the conversation. this was not an informative call from the director . she claimed i would not let her talk, so allowed her the stage. she then goes on to tell me that parents will tell her the ELC will retro date back the voucher then not.. NUMEROUS occasions i told her that i didn't need to argue over anything because we never went to the school today and i will just call ELC AGAIN NO BIG DEAL im FIGHTING CANCER AND NEED A SAFE PLACE arguing with you over your trust issues with ELC isn't something to yell at me about. . but the director rudely wanted her voice heard, then she told me i requested the call back WHICH I DIDNT so there definitely miscommunication in this whole place. cause according to the director her assistant i hung up on her and asked for a call back . when the director realized i wasn't going to let her walk all over me disrespect me . she claimed I was yelling at her, I was holding my daughter in my hands and had her on speaker phone. i would never be screaming holding my daughter she then said to me this isn't the place we are not on the dame page. We were not on the same page cause i wasn't going to let her yell at me, I did my part packed everything how they wanted, called ELC, kept my daughter home and attempted to move with my day. this i also said over and over that I'm not going to argue with you i have REAL LIFE problems. The director didn't care about my medical condition to not continue her argument about her trust issues with her experience with ELC, she didn't respect when i asked her we didn't need to talk about the money she was asking for because we can just wait for ELC. so now im more delayed HER “KIND” response to this review WASNT her tone on the phone BEWARE OF THIS SCHOOL

My daughter has been going to Bluebird since she was 8 weeks old, shes now 18 months old and thriving! She loves to go to school everyday and sometimes she dances in the door way at pick up not wanting to go home. She Loves her teachers and learns so much everyday. I am thankful for the great teachers at bluebird they are awesome!! I would definitely reccomend bluebird to other moms and dads looking for child care!!
My daughter has been going there for the past 1.5 years in the under two class. They are amazing. My child is loved and well socialized. She follows instructions and loves to play with the other kids. It’s a wonderful childcare center.
My son loved his teachers, and he made some friends. He is happy to go to the school.
The best school in Boca Raton hands down! The staff is excellent! My daughter loved going here . Highly recommend.
My daughter has attended this preschool since she was 10 months. The director of the daycare is so amazing and has a staff that is caring and great with all the kids!! The kids days are always jam packed with fun activities and projects. I'm really sad that we are moving out of the state and wish I could bring everyone from Bluebird with us! I would without a doubt highly recommend this daycare to any parent who is looking for a clean, safe, educational, and affordable daycare! This place is a gem!
