When I went back into the office from working remote I had to find a place he could spend time in and be safe. I am so glad that I found Big Smiles. Every care team member I have met is so kind to my father and compassionate. They offer creative activities, games, music and exercise to help. The owner, Sebastian, and team are responsive and have been very flexible and understanding when I’ve needed a little extra time. In addition to the activities and positive atmosphere, what drew me to the place was the attention they gave to me and my father when we went to inquiry, the activities, the layout, and the cleanliness and quality of the interior. No pun intended but my father always goes in and leaves with a big smile. Overall, I am very happy with Big Smiles and it has been a tremendous help. I would recommend Big Smiles to anyone who is looking for a place for their parent or relative. All of those who assist the clients are kind, knowledgeable and caring. I searched quite a bit to find a place that my husband with Alzheimer’s could be happy and safe during the day. Big Smiles was way above all others. The owner is Sebastian and I have never met another man who loves his job to this degree. He is meant to be working with those who deserve to be treated with dignity and respect even though they cannot take care of themselves. My dad looks forward to going there everyday. The center is so clean, nicely decorated and all staff there tries to accommodate all of your needs. It has a multilingual atmosphere. Their calendar of activities to enrich all physical, emotional and intellectual needs is superb. I highly recommend this center . It places a big smile on my face to know my dad is happy and in a safe environment that follows all covid precautions. Thank you Big Smiles for all that you do.😁

The atmosphere is warm, congenial and positive, like a home away from home. Both the staff and the participants do everything they can to make everyone feel welcome, at ease and happy to be there. For a long time I was depressed. Las muchachas que imparten las actividades son super amables, de una paciencia de envidiar, y que decir de Sebastian? Ya eso es otro nivel, Sebastian es un todo en uno, a pesar de ser el dueño del Day Care Center, es desde un chofer, un psicólogo, hasta un consulente familiar, es expectacularmente una persona ESPECIAL y muy querido por las personas que asisten a este maravilloso lugar diariamente. I was struggling to find a place for my mom last year. I have quite the checklist and standards. My mom is in her 80’s and needs interaction with others. This place treats everyone wonderfully and goes the extra mile to ensure your parent is properly cared for while you’re at work. They encourage participation and help elderly engage in activities. They were very accommodating with picking her up and dropping her home. The ladies are so nice who work there. Sebastian is the owner is hands on and involved and cares about the seniors. My mother does not eat meat and many other facilities do not care to monitor or offer a different meal. They tried their best here. My mother enjoyed it and I will be taking her back. Only negative is that like many others they close at 4:30 pm. I wish it were later.
