My daughter went from age 2 through VPK and my infant started there this year as well. I highly recommend this facility. The staff is awesome and I have had no issues with them at all. Completely shocked by the negate reviews I see on here. ----- Author: Angela Scarsella Rating: 1/5 Date: 10/19/2023, 1:47:54 AM Review: Please read the entire review. My son was in this daycare for 2 years starting as an infant . Unfortunately I had pp psychosis and didn’t notice the red flags sooner. As I started to come out of my postpartum. I noticed a lot of safety concerns and lack of care for my child . My first red flag should have been when I caught a teacher kissing my son on the lips . But holiday “assured” me the cameras showed no kissing but refused to show me the footage . I regretfully believed her . A few months later I had an issue with another teacher forcing my son to hug her when he was crying and didn’t want to. She would tell my son “you’re not going home with mommy you’re going home with me “ I thankfully put that To a stop and had my child removed from that classroom. Recently my child has been bitten more and more over 15 times he has been bit. Bite marks that are breaking skin and causing bleeding .my son also returning home with gashes on his forehead. Being told different stories then what’s written on the report . And not even getting a phone call when these injuries occurred . I addressed my concerns with holiday the directors daughter and manager of the building . She gave me excuse after excuse . Instead of understanding my concerns and respecting my sons safety she shrugged it off . I had finally had enough and informed holiday today 10/18/23 that Noah’s last day would be 10/27/23 as I had already paid and was waiting on ELC to transfer his certificate to the new daycare . As i walked away and put my son into his chair at the breakfast table holiday approached me and informed me she had more important students on the waiting list and Noah was not allowed to stay any longer (mind you the daycare requested a 2 week notice in the policy handbook you would expect the same decency from the provider ) as I regretfully argued with holiday about how she isn’t going to do this to my child she told me to leave with my son. As I grabbed him from the breakfast table he was crying because he wanted to eat his breakfast. Instead of letting him finish and letting me wait for him she forced me to leave or she would call the cops on me which she did anyways . Holiday became irate and mad after I questioned her safety and care for my child. I also questioned the fact that she was not following her own policy guidelines on bitting and behavior issues. she clearly didn’t like that because I was right . After doing some research this DAYCARE has multiple dcf reports of child abuse and neglect . I also have reached out to several parents whose children were in my sons class and they all agreed they have had the same safety concerns. These parents are removing their children as well for the safety of their child. I have had several previous parents of this DAYCARE reach out to inform me of the child abuse their little ones also endured . It has come quite clear to me I should have removed my son a long time ago. Holidays daughter Melanie who also works at this facility has her boyfriend hang out in the common area while other children are playing and walking around . To me that is severely unsafe . He doesn’t work their so no background check is done . Nobody knows this gentlemen and it’s blatantly disrespectful to parents to have random men hanging around your children . Holiday only cares about her image but I think it’s time she realizes she getting too old for that and she needs to start using her heart. It’ll get her father then her raccoon makeup.

Berri Patch has been wonderful for our son. Everyone has been so supportive and it's obvious that everyone knows him and cares about him. His teacher has been wonderful and he's been thriving since attending Berri Patch. We are moving out of state and when looking for other preschools my husband and I found ourselves disappointed in every place because they just didn't live up to the standard we now have from Berri Patch! The staff, the space, and his ability to switch rooms have been wonderful for us all. Thank you for such a positive experience and support for our family!
My little girl Addison loves this Daycare. She is learning and socializing with other kids her age. She's close to a few of the leaders and teachers, but seems a bit distant with her new teacher.
I don't write reviews often, Berri Patch did wonders with my son. We came from a daycare previously that would call me daily when my son wouldn't nap and send him home. My son came here with some behavioral issues. This preschool helped my son and gave him room to grow and he began to behave better with friends. They helped him advance in writing his name, and he loved going here! Dont get me wrong he didnt become the perfect student but his behavioral issues became few and far between after attending here. Their VPK program helped him excel! He's just started kindergarten and I believe his achievements stem from how they helped him here with interactive learning. The VPK teacher Miss Paige was fantastic and my sons favourite teacher. I'm thankful for this place !!
I don't often write reviews, but my experience with Berri Patch has been so outstanding that I feel compelled to share it. Initially, I enrolled my three-year-old and was amazed at his rapid progress – he started writing his name in just 2 months! Seeing his incredible development, I decided to enroll my seven-year-old daughter for after school care and then moved my five-year-old's VPK voucher from public school to Berri Patch. The joy and excitement they show every day is proof enough for me that this place is more than just a daycare – it's a nurturing environment for growth. The facility is consistently clean, and the food options are not only varied but also healthy and kid-approved. Managing a daycare with a diverse group of children, ensuring their safety, and catering to their individual needs is a challenging task, and the staff here handles it with commendable dedication and professionalism. While I've come across some mixed reviews, my personal experience has been nothing short of exceptional. It's clear to me that the positive changes in my children far outweigh any critiques. Berri Patch isn't just preparing kids academically; they're nurturing their overall growth and well-being. For parents looking for a place that offers more than just basic daycare services, Berri Patch is a gem. It's not only about getting kids ready for school; it's about equipping them with skills and experiences for life. I'm incredibly pleased with my decision to send my children here and plan to continue doing so.
All 7 managers are super rude ! Only care about the image of the daycare and not the kids ! My son attended for one day and I attended for one day I seen abuse and not proper care for my son and confronted what I seen to holiday and was fired I can’t imagine what goes on there on a daily basis not treating my son properly as I’m working there. I can’t imagine what goes on with parents are not on sight !
my fiance was hired, worked for a day seen a staff kick/push my son with her foot back into the classroom and he hit his head. she confronted Holiday and was fired the next day. terrible place of business. place was unorganized and kids were screaming and were not being comforted they would just let them sit there and scream. she only took our son there because she needed a job and was going to work there there. but, do your kids a favor and never put them in this daycare. absolutely outrageous place for kids. holiday and her mom gossiping about kids and other staff. how can a adult who acts like a child take care of children. absolutely ridiculous. look at the other reviews this place speaks for itself. a joke of a daycare.

Awful daycare. Owner(holiday’s mother) and manager (holiday)are completely unhinged and at the slightest inconvenience or off day.Holiday will boot your child to the curb because she has the emotional capacity of the children she is charged with caring for. There are no checks and balances for awful management because her mommy is her boss so she has the freedom to do as she pleases. Multiple DCF reports and multiple times my child came home with bite marks and run around stories. They have a live rooster just trotting around campus or at least did when my child went there. One day Holiday decides she has had enough and kicks my child out due to something she didn’t like that was posted to social media, completely ignoring the binding contract that was signed. Her reasoning was “I have a ton of kids knocking on my door, if you guys want to go I’ll make the process easier.” If you care about your child at all, avoid this place like the plague. It’s not worth the headache. Go to pineapple cove or literally any other place in our community because this place should be shut down IMMEDIATELY.

My kids have gone here for years and we love it. Super clean, awesome staff, and they are always getting new equipment delivered. They have animals, large play ground, festivals, concerts, and a classy graduation. Keep up the good work.
