Bayside Osprey is a wonderful place for my Sadie for overnight and day lodging. Caring staff, clean, professional and knowledgeable.

Bayside Pet Resort is plain awesome. The entire staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Bruno loves especially going there for doggie daycare and to board when I can't take him on some of my out of town trips. The staff treats him as if he was their own. My only issue is they are a little on the pricy side when it comes to boarding. On top of the room charges they charge extra to give medicine or supplements I give him daily. Also you have to pay extra for outside time. I still give them 5 solid gold stars for their attitudes and how they take care of Bruno. He is part of my family so I don't mind paying a little more. As they say "you get what you pay for"! Im not cheaping out when it co.es to family.

Bayside pet resort in Osprey. I called last week to make a reservation for my dog to play with other dogs in daycare and have a deshedding bath. They confirmed a opening in daycare. Day comes and I drop her off early They said they didn't have that reservation. So I leave her to be put in daycare and have the bath. I am at work ALL day. When I pick her up she doesn't seem tired. I call to check if she was in daycare and they say no. So she was in a kennel basically all day alone!!! Besides her bathing time. They could of made sure why she was there if they did not know. There seems to be bad or no communication now in that place now. Plus employees causing them to loose money because I would of paid for the daycare. I am extremely upset because my dog loves going there and to be sitting in a kennel it just really sucks.

Really nice place for boarding my cat - this is the review for the Osprey/Sarasota location as that’s the only location I’m familiar with.. They have a large playroom for cats who board which is one of the attractive amenities. Note that I’m very picky about who takes care of my feline. The people working there are very kind - Maddie is good with my cat. There is a separate (very large room) for cat boarding so it is away from the dog area which my cat needs. During the day, each cat or cat family are allowed to roam around in the playroom and play with the different toys and climbing apparatus that they have. It is also quiet and you can tour it if there are no cats in the playroom. I would call ahead to ask. It is also also clean and well kept. I am literally OCD about cleanliness and would never place my cat in an unsanitary place. Everybody is organized also. Laurie in management is very helpful. I normally email them to request the boarding stays and I get prompt and friendly responses. This resort is not just for dogs. They really do have a great program for cat boarding. Love to get a report card at the end of the stay. There is a reason why this company gets so many community awards. It’s because they’re the best in the area in my opinion. Recommended! PS I usually get the penthouse suite for my spoiled (lol) feline, but there’s other options that are spacious. I would recommend booking well ahead of a trip if possible, especially during season as they book up fast. There’s a lady I know I know who drives from Naples to board her cat here as she normally flies out of the SRQ airport.

Had our first grooming appointment today with Darci and she was outstanding! Highly recommend!

Ashlee the Groomer did a great job. I wish our dog was able to get in to see her sooner, but they're booked up more than two months in advance.

Pretty much the only place I take my dog for boarding. Bayside is a pretty good place!
