If I could give a negative score I would but for any parent that is looking for a safe and caring environment for their children please look somewhere else other than this place. The way the children are treated when parents are not around is disappointing. The price you pay for your child’s safety and your peace of mind should be priceless but to pay so much money for mediocre care is completely unacceptable. Please DO NOT take your child to this center, I will be also writing to the BBB and Consumer Affairs.
This day care name now is S&k academy of excellence, previous owner were the best for my kids, My son has been going there for 3 years until 2 weeks ago,this the worst place that can take your child to, I mean if really love your child do not take your child to this place, the way they treat the child when parents are not around is devastated and heart braking. I can say a lot more but there lawyer are involved on my case and I want to keep it short for now, but please don’t take your child to this place. Sheila the owner she is very unprofessional, care giver leave place left and right because the way she like to treat our children.
I would never recommend this school for any parent. I paid 75$ a week for my daughter to go to after school here. It was fine for a time being. I went into labor on the 12th of October with my son. I paid a month in advance so i would not have to worry about payments for the next few weeks. When the bill rolled around again I was still on maternity leave. The director MS.sheila did not remind me the payment was coming due. Though it is my responsibility to pay a reminder woukd of been kind. She just tacked on late fees without notice. Following that my bill did not look correct so I called to speak to her about it she printed out the bill for me to go over. Her husband called me after hours when I was home to confront me about my bill was very nasty and disrespectful over the phone. Following this the next day the day care did not give me a call. I recieved a call from my daughter elementary school informing me the daycare is not picking my daughter up. So not only did they not inform me they left my daughter at her elementary. This daycare is very unprofessional. I eoukd not recommend you leave your child with them. You will look up and your child woikd be left on the side of the road. Also reportee them to the BBB AND ELC.
