Parents be careful they mix formula milk with cold water The owner very rude
They did very well taking care of my son BUT the lack of receipts when making payments is concerning. Well, WAY more than concerning. Since the owner flat-out refused to give receipts, suddenly she came back at my husband and I saying we OWED over $2,000! At that point, we pulled our son out of there with a quickness. She was still trying to pull ELC payments after we pulled him. We notified ELC after we had disenrolled and she STILL tried to mark him as being present! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! NO TELLING HOW MANY PARENT'S THAT SHE'S DONE THIS TO!
Ana (owner) and her staff were amazing! They treated our son like he was family. Highly recommend!
The only good thing is the teachers my son loves them. The owner and director is not courteous or friendly, the VK children did not give him a certificateüíî, my son's clothes were not returned because he got lost at school that was very disrespectfulü§î. Disappointed me.‚òπ‚òπ
