However, there is a real communication breakdown that led to an ugly end of our relationship. Her pick up times are between 3-4 so I arranged for my mother to do the pick up since we would still be in flight at that time. The dog came home in good shape but his belongings were not given to my mother. With apologies, Demi offered to leave them at the gate for me to pick up (I have screen shots of this communication) however, when I arrived at her gate, the toys were not there and she did not answer when I called - until 3 hours later when she asked if I was still at the gate. She then offered to drop them at my house but not until after she blamed my mother for "not having a list". She also texted my honey and told him her friend would bring the toys (we have the screenshots of all of this) because now she is sick and can't do it herself. Next she texted me to say that most people don't care about leaving the toys (mine were worth about $50 - so of course I would like them back) and that she would leave the ones she found at the gate (after she told us both she would bring them). When I told her I wasn't going to drive back out there, she got hostile with me and said she never told me she would leave the bag at the gate. When I sent her a copy of the screenshot showing her where she told me to come Tuesday to get the toys hanging on the gate - she accused me of harassing her. I cannot say if she was drinking like people in the other reviews, but I do feel like I was dealing with a completely different person from the one I met at drop off. The unprofessionalism, unpredictability of her demeanor and her general bad attitude will keep us from giving a good review and from ever using her services again. UPDATE: She contacted my "husband" the next day to demand that I apologize to her for wanting my belongings back. I wish I could upload the screenshots so prospective customers can see how inconsistent and quite frankly - OFF this lady is.

The daycare on this lady’s lot is awful the dogs ,are always barking and howling and trying to rip the door down,she doesn’t take the dogs out if she does it is only 1 time for 10 mins,soon as someone drops there dog off she waits a few mins and speeds on her drive way back to her house it is rare she goes and checks on the dogs,I hope nobody comes to this place if you don’t want your dog to get hurt or depressed she doesn’t take very well care of the dogs that come there.
Demi was absolutely wonderful with my tuffy he fell right in love I don't know if he missed me or not she has a awesome boarding place for the dogs to swim play and just be dogs loved it thanks again
Left our dog with this awful woman for 3 days. We sent her with over a weeks worth of food and treats, she returned nothing to me saying it was gone. Most importantly when I picked up my dog she was limping pretty badly, while I understand things happen she failed to mention it to me upon pickup. Also when I paid the $195 cash I needed change for $200 and she said “well you can always tip me”. Really? I later contacted her respectfully regarding my dogs injuries as well as returning some ear drops and was met with an awful condescending attitude. Expletives I will not write on a public page. I would not trust my beloved dog with this woman ever again and you shouldn’t either. I’m so grateful nothing worse happens as she doesn’t even seem to check on the dogs she’s “watching” until at least 2 pm. Overpriced for a mediocre “service”. Seems to be run by a crazy/drunk woman. Look elsewhere for care of your 4 legged family members!

I was very nervous at first to leave my 8 month puppy at daycare while my husband and I went house hunting. Demi was very thoughtful and sent me 3 videos of Otto playing with other dog guest. Amazing Tails was clean and Otto felt very comfortable. Demi is friendly, hospitable and very easy going. I now don’t have any sadness leaving Otto with Demi for daycare. Otto was excited to see me when I picked him up and fell asleep in the car before I could get my car in reverse. Thank you for taking such good care of Prince Otto.
I just started bringing my two Boykin Spaniels here this week for doggy day care and it has been a great experience for me & the boys. Amazing Tails is a welcoming environment on serene farm land. Demi is friendly, hospitable and very easy going. She has tons of experience so I feel very comfortable leaving my dogs in her care. I could tell they loved it right from the start. Demi also has great communication about my dogs which I find helpful. I love knowing my dogs get one on one interaction. Her rates are fair and it’s definitely worth every penny.
Our dog ended up with an ear infection while we were gone. She reached out right away and helped coordinate getting his meds without question and treated him for a week until we returned. We will absolutely bring our baby boy here again.
