Author: Karina Arteaga Rating: 5/5 Date: 5/6/2024, 12:15:05 PM Review: I am very blessed to have found Maria. My daughter has been with her for just about a year. My baby is so happy with her. Everytime day at pick up I see her dancing and laughing. Sometimes doesn't even want to come home, which that in itself tells soemthing. When we are home I hear her singing songs, numbers, and letters. Maria is always so energetic. She is also very informative, She has a psychology background therefore she is always explaining the child's development. She is up to date with all therefore requirements and licenses. I am very please and happy with my child attending here.

My daughter was under Maria's care from 7 mos to 3.5 yrs old and she had an amazing experience! She learned Spanish with Maria while learning English at home. Maria does a great job caring for little ones in a home environment and she follows all of the DCF home daycare requirements. I highly recommend Acosta Childcare!

I was extremely hesitant to put my first born in any kind of child care facility, but having her attend Acosta Daycare was the best thing that ever happened to us. This daycare checked all of the boxes I was looking for, smaller size for individual attention, experience, a high level of formal education in child psychology, and much more. There is the structure and routine the children need, the facility itself is set up so the children can have supervised play and learn social skills, there is an enclosed outdoor space so they can play outside on nice days, so many books, toys, arts and crafts. There is always laughter, dancing, play and joy there. After a long day at work I would walk in and become joyful myself! What I never expected was how much I would learn and how they helped me become a better parent. Through advice when I asked and also teaching my daughter things that she then taught me! There were days that she would teach me Spanish words on the way home and I just thought how amazing it was that she was able to do that. To this day, my older daughter is now 7, we still consider them family. I attribute not only my daughter’s academic advancement to Maria, but also her emotional intelligence. Her confidence is deeply rooted in the fact that she had the opportunity to learn life skills and independence there. After we moved out of state people would always comment on how much of joyful and bright child she is and I absolutely attribute that to spending her early childhood in this daycare. To this day people ask me for parenting advice because of how she is and I tell them about this daycare. I wish all of my children had the opportunity to attend Acosta Daycare. We were so blessed to have a spot there and I thank God often for the Acosta family. There is no where else that offers the knowledge, compassion, patience and love that they provide to those children. Not to mention the knowledge, compassion, patience and support they provided me as a first time parent.

My daughter attended Acosta Daycare from age 2 months till she was 4 years old. The way my daughter was cared for was better than I could have ever imagined. At her young age my daughter was taught Spanish which was invaluable! She was a happy and healthy child those 4 years! The space is clean and organized. Just a perfect way to start your child on their school journey.
