This school is amazing! All three of our children attended this school! Our oldest two are currently excelling in advanced classes in elementary school. When they finished the vpk program at Achievers, they were both reading above grade level. Our youngest is 2 years old and he has mastered letter, color and number recognition. I recommend this school to any parent that is looking for an environment that promotes learning and social emotional development.
Achiever Preschool is a great school, my son started when he was 2 and graduated from preschool there their service is great, he learns so much, and my son's teacher Miss Wilson such a great teacher kudos to Achiever Preschool They doing such amazing work with the kids.
As a first time parent, placing my daughter into preschool was a tough decision for me. When I entered this school for a tour, you can feel the excitement/enjoyment the kids were having towards learning and their teachers which gave me slight calmness about placing my daughter here. It's going on 2 months that she's been in the school and I've never felt more at peace. Her teacher is very informative, the activities she brings home are very educational and everyday she's excited to go back!
Hello my name is kaylee I am now eleven years old, I attended achievers preschool at the age of four. During the time of this school I had this teacher, Mrs.Evette. She once called my appearance horrible and did other rude things to me. She destroyed my self confidence at that age. She also once put her hands on me. Going into detail she asked the children if they needed to use the bathroom. I said I had to not knowing. She locked the bathroom door behind us and pulled down my pants and spanked me without anyone knowing. At this age I didn't know if that was fine or not so I didn't tell my parents about it. I want to get into contact with evette so my mom can talk to her because her putting hands on a kid is terrible. Thank you for reading this.
My son has been coming here since he was 13m old & he is loving it. His 1yr old class teachers were amazing & now so are his 2yr old class teachers. He comes home singing new entertaining nursery rhymes & now even shapes such as Pentagons. It is a hard school to get in since the classes are always full. I'm hoping to get my 2nd son in if possible. Overall a great school. I don't ever have any bad or crazy issues.
This School was highly recommended To me by My Clients and friends. This school was hard to get into because The classes were full. The Teachers Mrs. Doris, Mrs .Sally and Mrs.Claudine Phenomenal Teachers. My Son talked about them Every Day when he comes home. the front desk staff Ms.Marikita is God sent. Phenomenal, But Mrs.Sonay the director is Hard To get in touch. We had concerns in regards of our son. they gave the run around for a whole Week. finally met with two administrators not Even My Son teacher. The last 2 months of the school year they gave me this ridiculous excuse as to Why my son is not in the 3 years old class.... I withdraw my child. They do have some kind of favoritism . I'll say this experience have taught me to Stay on top of your child's education. special if you paying tuition out of pocket with no assistance.
First let me say: I LOVE Achievers Academy Preschool!! I always knew everyone who watched my child so when looking for a preschool I did my research, Achievers Academy's passed with flying colors in inspection and on reviews. When we went to look at the school, Mrs. Sonya, the director took the time to show us around and answer all my questions. I knew it was the school for her! I was nervous on my daughter first day but I knew she would be in good hands. Ms. Doris and Ms. Marysol are wonderful! I couldn't ask for better teachers, I wish they could be her teachers forever! They are so warm and kind. Their hard work and dedication to the class, to my child, show through their warm welcomes, the lesson plans and through my daughters excitement for school and her level of knowledge, just grew over the years. Ms. Marysol made sure my daughter was reading and writing her name before entering Kindergartner. I am so impressed with what she has learned and with her love of school. I couldn't be happier with Achievers Academy Preschool. You really feel apart of a family and know the school truly cares about your child.
My daughters have been attending to this this school since they were one.. Excellent and very well educated staff.. My oldest just graduated from VPK last year reading in a first grade level.. Love this place! Keep up with the great work!
This day is operated by a criminal who physically and verbally abuses children as a way to toughen little boys. I had to intervene when my son was inappropriately handled. It escalated to me being punched in the back while registering my children for summer camp. I filed a police report, the tape got erased that could prove it. Traditional style discipline is what your child will get. Physical punishment with a belt and verbal abuse. They verbally abuse your children in front of you and claim it's professional. My child scars from being forcefully handled. Lie to the law but God knows the wrong that has been done.
