We like a lot ACSW, it is quite, safe, clean, confortable, clear and relaxed school. We have too good experience with all teachers and administration team. Thanks to ACSW!
I absolutely loved the school! My daughter will be starting VPK in august and I went through all the schools in my area and this one truly stood out! The cleanliness, the students manners, the structure of the school, the security they had in place. And most importantly my daughter loved it! The teachers were extremely nice and educated, and the staff was above and beyond friendly and nice. Without hesitation they and answered all of my questions and treated me and my child with the upmost respect. I am so so excited for my baby to start here and being a mother who has never put her children in daycare this was a big step for me and they made me feel comfortable in every way for when she starts school!
I contacted the school for information and the receptionist was very belittling. I wouldn't enroll my child there just because the front desk was rude.
Great school
So after a few months of thinking whether or not to write a review on how this place mistreated, segregated and isolated my child. I've decided to speak up. Parents do not be fooled by the looks or appearances, the real problem is the people working in this place. Parents we decided to take our child to this place because we live literally on the corner next to the place "2 mins" walking distance. I mean what could be best right? Parents think about this. Will you trust your child with unprofessional, unqualified and unpolite people working here. I am a true believer of reviews and I came to find out that ONE bad review is one to many. Parents pay attention to your children's behavior around teachers. Also look at those cameras constantly this is how we found out our child was being segregated, unattended and isolated from the rest of the kids. It happened once we called and and asked about our child only to be immediately lied to. Happens a second time in the SAME week and that was enough to withdraw my child from the place. I only hope and wish the best for any child attending any daycare. We take our children to these places trusting these individuals will take care and be as caring as any parent will with their child. But, I can guarantee that this place was not the right place for my kid. I also send a letter to the school director and even spoke with the owner Mr. Mir and expressed my concern. I was promised an investigation and a call back. This was two months ago needless to say I am not waiting for the call.
