We absolutely love this child care facility. All staff is amazing. Our son is 2.5 yrs old and had never been in childcare… he has done absolutely amazing. Ms. Jackie, Ms Gayle and especially Ms. Casey and now Mrs. Sonny and Ms Jada …have been phenomenal with our son. He loves going to school. Every day . Highly recommend this child care facility. .

I’m incredibly thankful for this school! My daughter absolutely loves it, and the staff are truly wonderful with the kids. The classrooms are always clean, and there are always at least two teachers per room, which gives me peace of mind. I also had an issue with my VPK certificate, and Ms. Gail went out of her way to assist me. This school is everything I hoped for and more!

If you want a daycare with a staff that genuinely cares for your child, this is it! We are beyond blessed to have our son going here. Everyday, he is super excited to go to “school”. The facility is always clean and the staff is patient and kind. We love A Readiness Learning Academy!

This school is amazing. I was so lucky to find my infant granddaughter placement. The director Ms. Gail is wonderful. The ladies in the infant room love babies. She is in the big girl room now and the teachers are patient and kind. She is playing and learning and she loves it!

Absolutely love love love 💕 this place. My son started about a week and a half ago. They are great with him. Every time I get a little discouraged for bringing him in and having a difficult time leaving him they remind me on what is the easiest way to do this. Their teachers are amazing, the food taste great as my son says, they are up and at it every second of every day. If I could give them more than five stars I would. If you are looking for a daycare/school for your child definitely call them first. I am so glad we made the steps. Absolutely love it here. On his first day we got some thing that was a total surprise. I don’t want to Say what it is as I want other parents to be excited and surprised just like we were. Prices are very reasonable. They’re open from 6:30Am to 6:30pm. For parents that work a lot like we do this is great. When I say they go out of their way to make that smile and to make everyone happy I’m not exaggerating. My son has been struggling with potty training. As he’s been back-and-forth from New York to Florida. We have not been able to find proper daycare or anything. Because of the coming and going it’s made it difficult to be able to potty train him. Let me tell you as long as your doing it at home they will 100% follow behind. If not give you many more ideas and help you and guide you throughout the whole process. They are incredible. Mrs C is Tri Tri teacher and OMG LET ME TELL YOU ….. ❤️ LOVE HER ! He follows her around and just loves her . Everyone who works there has experience with children. When you first walk in they have pictures of all the teachers and a little story. It makes the parents feel at home and at ease when you’re dropping your child off for the first week. Anything that you can think of that just makes that little bit of a difference they have already went and thought of it. Absolutely 100% recommend. The director is always in a bad mood and rude . my child always came back to me mad with scratches all over her and busted lips they never reported incidents to me until after I mentioned the recurring problem but other parents where getting incident reports , she always acted as if she was starving . I changed daycares and haven’t had any problems since and she’s been in better moods One of her teachers ms . Gail was excellent with my child and she seemed to be the only one she wanted to go to .

We have been with ARLA for a little over a year now and its honestly one of the best daycares we have found in Tampa Bay. My child has been to 2 others before this one and by far this is the best one. The staff is amazing ! Each teacher I have had the pleasure of speaking to is amazing and truly care about each child. My child has learned so much here and is always happy to go to school. The facility is clean and well kept, they truly work with your child and I always feel at ease leaving my child in their care. The people who work here truly will care for your children. I highly recommend this daycare and the price is also fair.

My child has attended this daycare for the past 2 months. We’ve had a great experience on the first day, very welcoming and kind. Our child seems to be excelling and adjusted quickly to the environment and staff.

My son was constantly being accused of doing stuff to other children... but when I witnessed other children hitting eachother no report was filed on them.. but the minute my son did something he had a report... also my son had occupational therapy there by an outside company and had a weight vest and was supposed to be used for therapy purposes.. and found out they were using it for punishment!! If your child has any kind of disability I would look elsewhere.. I also witnessed one of the teachers carrying my son by his arm! Not ok... was a decent daycare when the manager Jacqui was there but since Malia took over it was horrible.. glad I switched my son to childcare of brandon.. the give u reports everyday, cheaper, have a nanny cam u can login anytime to see what their doing and send u pictures of ur child through out the day.
