Poor communation with owners who never answer the phone and take days to return phone calls. While summer camps in the state of Florida are a grey area. The safety of children is not. We delayed our son going to this camp because the day of the tour the camp was nothing like I was told it would be. We waited for them to get up and running before giving it a chance. Nothing that was promise is at the camp. We canceled and are still waiting for a refund on our deposit after being told they would refund it. Asked for proof of the refund being processed on their end and I have heard nothing back.
We had our two kids in camp last summer :) 2023! It was great care and fun! Kathryn and her team are truly amazing!
