They might just forget your baby in the daycare and lock the doors.
I love how they talk about safety for your child being their top priority in all of these response but they literally locked a 2 year old child inside with the lights off when her mother was 15 minutes late. Actions speak louder than words but I guess they are hoping people forget it ever happened.
DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CHILD HERE. They abandon kids in there when the parents are 15 minutes late. It’s on the news. The fact that their response did not mention anyone getting fired and instead, the staff is just getting “retrained in child safety” tells you exactly what you need to know. No ones getting held accountable.
They left a 2 year old inside the daycare by herself and all the staff went home. It's on the news! One of the worst things to happen to a parent and child. I hope people see this before they think about sending their child here.
Hope my 2 year old don't get stuck in there. Oh wait I won't be going there.
It has been observed that Ms. Alexis has displayed verbally aggressive behavior in the toddlers' classroom the first week of September 2024 prior moving to the newest classroom by the window. This includes yelling at the toddlers for exhibiting poor listening skills with an angry tone of voice. Secondly another time she forcibly (pulling the toy) from a toddler's hand while stating, "I said stop putting this in your mouth." It is important to note that most 2- to 3-year-olds may not be able to clearly verbalize their thoughts. It appears that there is no video surveillance in the classroom to document these disruptive behaviors by Ms. Alexis. It is recommended that the Department of Children and Families and Child Care Regulation be made aware of these disruptive behaviors in this location. It is crucial for parents to be aware of these issues, especially if their toddlers do not communicate clearly. The current management leadership skills needs improvement. It is essential for the management team to consider parents concerns. Both toddler classrooms lack classroom structure, and it will be beneficial to have two teachers in each classroom, as a single teacher is unable to effectively manage the toddlers. Increased supervision is required in the playground, as teachers often engage in personal conversations instead of actively supervising the children. When parents complain a lot, they may prevent their child from attending the daycare instead of addressing the issues. Parents, if you see something, say something, because those little angels can't defend themselves.
