KinderCare of Boynton Beach, located in Boynton Beach, Florida, offers a standard daycare environment with mixed experiences reported by families over the years. The facility maintains standard teacher-to-child ratios and provides basic childcare services, though staff turnover has been noted as a recurring challenge. While some families appreciate the basic care provided, others suggest the center could benefit from more consistent communication and enhanced staff training programs.

I have been waiting to leave a review so it does not come off so harsh but this is by far the worst daycare center ever. From the moment my son started I had a odd feeling, I was reassured by their center director Sabrina everything was going to be okay given the fact this was his first time attending daycare until she left the center and the center went to crap with no director for a couple weeks. Multiple occasions when I pick up my son with full diapers wet clothes, the teachers always had an excuse for whatever reason. Then one day my son was admitted to a St Mary's Hospital due to to their negligence. The center had known from the start my son had asthma he had a treatment plan from his primary physician they had a copy had his treatment (nebulizer, medication) failed to call me ,advise me that he was wheezing couldn't breathe vomiting he stayed in the hospital for a week, he was traumatized I was traumatized. All that could've been prevented if the center had called me or had given him his treatment and the center didnt call me at all once even after the fact that I told them he was admitted to the hospital only to tell me they decided they would waive the tuition for that week. This daycare was the worse experience for me and my child. I had reported the center to HR and no one has responded to me it has been almost 6 months. Now my son is thriving in another daycare center I can see in his eyes he is more comfortable, the teacher tells me how much he has built confidence and his development has improved. I thank god my son is healthy and so much better now. I just hope this center changes, trains their teachers better finds teachers and people who care for children.
This place employs rude people who leave spiteful reviews
Great daycare!
The best daycare ever…
PARENTS BEWARE! This a horrible establishment. My son went there for a couple of months and that was a big mistake. For starters, every couple of weeks they had a new teacher. They mainly hired children straight out of high school that have no idea what they are doing or just did not care about the kids well being or safety. There would be 15 kids with one teacher. They constantly had people call out and quit to the point where you did not know who is taking care of your child .They don’t communicate anything with you and there was complete chaos .They were extremely unprofessional. I would hear teachers cursing in the establishments and commenting on how they don’t want to be there and child care isn’t for them. There was always drama going on within the staff that parents would witness. That’s the kind of people that was there. My child came home with scratches on their privates and everyone was clueless when questioned, my nephew would fall apart at drop off stating that the teacher would hit them. Your child will not grow here, this is purely a babysitting gig. Multiple times concerns were voiced and the staff would just brush it off. The only teacher over there that was any good was Ms. Ana. She was amazing and that place did not deserve her. Ms Raquel was also really kind and tried her best to keep everything together but one person cannot do the job of 40 people. They need to do better.
The worst school ever
This place is not worth it. I registered my son for pre-k and then just a week before school starts they give me a call that they can't have my son in that school because we are not going to pay for full time. They didn’t care and just took him out knowing that Im not going to find a school in a last minute thing.
They have a great Learning Curriculum.
