Author: katia Rating: 1/5 Date: 10/18/2024, 6:09:16 PM Review: The Owner left a daycare full of children 5 and under including mine in the daycare with no working air conditioner for the entire day after being asked was it not working and lied to parent saying it was at drop off at 7am. When i projected my concern , she ( danielle the owner) stated it was ok & she didn’t call parents because there were 2-3 fans in each classroom as if she and her child sit at home with no working AC and 2-3 fans in each room….also the week prior my son was picked up with a diaper that was so wet & full it left wet marks on his clothing and a diaper rash to the point my son couldn’t sit and even bathe for days, which his “teacher” confirmed wasn’t there when i dropped him off which concerned me due to the fact i was told he was being potty trained so why it was that full at a pickup time is still a question i don’t have answers too because the owner refused to talk about it to my sons guardian while i was out of town after being told BY ME , MOM, to speak with that person about any issues regarding my son due to me being out of town for that week. i can honestly say i had no issues with the INFANT teacher ms. sara the 2 years my son was there who took care of him , but as soon as he was out of her eyes and care not even for 3 months things started going terrible and my son cried after being dropped off. the infant teacher is the only reason i would even give it one star..i also was told she ( the owner) had to “pop” my child due to his bad behavior & at the time my child was not even two. not sure how the new daycare by the mall is because her mom is over it and never had issues while she was at the original but the little journeys in tavares is horrible and i wouldn’t trust a dog in the care of the owner. take your child at your own risk, my child still cries when i even pass by the center to drop him off else where in fear he is going back there. & it saddens me what he had to endure the time he was there and unable to communicate and tell me what was all going on. i also found it unfair how children weren’t allowed anything personal in the daycare yet the owner (dani) let her own child sit in front of a daycare full of children with his own ipad playing on it with a group of children around watching everytime i saw him with it. My child has always had his own ipad and would have loved to have it during the day . She also would have all the other children asleep while her own child got to run around as he pleased..there was definitely not a same discipline environment for her son as she set for the rest of the daycare .

This daycare is very shady and if you don't play close attention to your children this place will harm them in the long run. I had my children here for about 2 and half weeks in which my infant son was only feeding bananas baby food everyday causing him to have tolerance issues with bananas. This issue with my baby took weeks to fix. Ms. Dani is also not truthful about the services they provide a lot of false promises. This "childcare center" is very unstable and dishonest. Also bleach is not an air freshener. Ms. Dani is very unprofessional and rude, and lacks customer service skills. This will always be this facility's downfall.
We love Little Journeys. The staff are very caring and attentive. Our baby has been there for the past year. Her previous daycare she was not happy. Her entire demeanor has changed for the better since starting at Little Journeys. She loves Ms. Danie and all the staff. She comes homes happy and waves to all her friends. She’s not even 2 and can count and sings songs they sing together. She’s learning her colors and alphabet too. We highly recommend this daycare.
Definitely not a safe place for kids.. First the teacher have her son in a class with other kids, her son alway using a tablet in front of class. Also my son attended for just a week and several incidents happened in school, they only informed 1 incident to us.. Her son slap my son in the face and on his head.. He only assists 2 weeks on this place. Too much of covering incidents with kids, definitely no trusted people
