Care providers are excellent as they are pretty attentive to babies and you get updates in their app about what your baby is doing. Where it falls apart though, is where it seems there’s a strict adherence to the late policy (even one minute late and you can’t drop off that day). They do try to warn you though. However, I feel for a place that’s so tight on policy, it should take no longer than a few weeks to get their camera system up. It’s been over half a year and their policy merchants can’t push their technicians to reboot and revive their cameras so we can see what’s going on. -Edit Hopefully we can have the camera feed at home as well, that would be great! Also a discount for unexpected closures, although a stretch, would be great!

Haven't enrolled child. Because no one answers the phone. Been trying to call them for the past 2 WEEKS going on 3. And no answer. Even trying putting my information on the site for someone to contact me, NOTHING. No emails or calls about tours or tuitions. UPDATE: I recieved an email to schedule a tour, but they never left a voicemail. UPDATE: Super sweet teachers and extremely nice and flexibility Center Director. Everytime i walk-in in the afternoon, my son is sitting reading a book. And at certain centers they tried to always control where the children went but this center let's the explore and learn at their pace. They also have ample space and a GREAT variety of toys!

Our son was a year and a half in July 2024 when we started him at Kid's Discovery in Milton. We have no complaints about how nice the front desk or the teacher's were. However, there was a constant issue with our son being bitten in his class. We understand this is an age where toddlers are trying to figure out how to express their emotions, but he was getting bitten every week at one point. They told us it was a different kid every time. The reasons would be because he had a toy that the other child wanted or they would just walk up to him and bite him. This most recent time that happened a couple weeks ago was so bad. The mark hasn't even completely healed yet. Their policy on this is that if the same child bites 3 times in 1 day, then they will send them home. Our feelings on that policy were confirmed because we recently took him out and put him in another daycare, where that director was appalled that this is Kid's Discovery policy on biting. She said that if a child bites once in a day then they get sent home. Another issue we had recently was that we got a phone call that our son had a 104 degree fever. We rushed to get him prepared to take him to the hospital. We were then informed it was only 100.4. We understand mistakes happen, but when we are dealing with our children, I think that is the exception. Outside of that, our son would just come home with random scratches or bruises and they couldn't tell us how it happened. It was also a very high stress environment as every time we would drop him off or pick him up, there was always screaming and crying with no one trying to console or help that child. The cry it out method is not something we believe in and I believe this could cause a lot of emotional stress on the kids who were crying as well as the other kids who are there. I usually try to give the benefit of the doubt, but when it comes to our children and whose hands we are leaving them in the care of, we need to make an informed decision which is why I chose to leave this review.
Terrible day care! Stay away from this place, it’s all about money for them. They try to get as much money from you as they can. They go up in price without telling you, add random fees for no reason.
My daughter and I love this place. The staff are very professional and loving. The daycare is clean and well maintained.
My Daughter and I absolutely adore this Daycare . They do an amazing job keeping my Special Needs baby happy and healthy. Evee and I will miss this team after our relocation.
I urge any parent considering this facility to just take caution. I give this review simply based on my experience but during the 5-6 months my child went here he was injured more times than i could count. All incident reports said virtually the same thing happened that my child tried to take a toy resulting in another child biting him. The policy in this daycare states after so many bites from a child it’s grounds for expulsion on that child and if it breaks skin or leaves a full mouth mark it’s grounds for expulsion. We had several parent teacher conferences. I kept in contact with the field director and nothing seemed to change. My son was being bit or injured every other day if not daily. One of his injuries, we were not even notified of until my son was picked up from daycare, almost 2&1/2 hours after it happened ( he fell and hit his head on the corner of a table) My most recent email with the field director addressing my concerns, before i pulled my son out of this facility, never received a response. This is unacceptable in my opinion for a facility to operate this way and no action be taken.
