EVERY SINGLE THING!!! Honestly I have been in childcare since 2009 and I got hired on Monday and walked out on THURSDAY!! The owners are sweet I will say that but for this to be a child care facility every thing is unorganized.. I was hired to be a teacher assistant but every day I been there I have been switched to do everything else and every other room. The young lady they placed me with has issues and they keep making excuses for her and she makes excuses for her own behavior... that she has a disability.. I have Epilepsy but I don't yell or jerk on the kids or mistreat them.. and before I lose my certifications I'll leave a job!! I don't recommend any one to work here or take their kids here! I realize things with in 3 1/2 days Trust me!! I love kids.. I loved this place BUT I LOVE MYSELF AND MY CAREER WAY MORE THAN TO OVER LOOK THINGS OR “TO BE PATIENT” when kids lives are in our hands!!

We decided to enroll our child at Kiddie Academy two weeks ago for part-time care. Everything was going well until today when I received a call informing me that my child had a “blue spot on his forehead”. Concerned, I immediately went to pick him up and requested to see the security camera footage to understand how it happened. However, they denied my request, which raises serious concerns. For the cost of this facility, I expected a safe and transparent environment. This was only his sixth day attending, and he’s already coming home with a significant injury. Due to this experience and their lack of transparency, we are withdrawing him immediately. Parents deserve peace of mind when leaving their children in someone else’s care, and unfortunately, that trust has been broken.

I just went in for a tour and what I saw was pure neglect and violence. Everything was going well and then we got the 12 month old and up classroom. At this classroom one of the teachers basically pulled a little girl by the arm so roughly the little girl fell on the floor. The worst part is that she didn’t even try to help the little girl, and then when she saw we were behind her then she looked surprised because she knew we saw it. Another red flag is that the person giving the tour which was the “director” instead of stopping and addressing the situation just moved on to the next classroom. Another huge red flag is that at the end of the tour I addressed my concern and told her you saw it right? And she just said well I have to look into it. Into what? You just saw the same thing I did a teacher violently treating a little girl and instead of addressing the situation you are just going to pretend like nothing happened. I advise whoever has kids in this daycare please consider something else and if you are looking for one please stay away from this place.

I was hesitant to write this review because I prefer to keep my name offline, but I feel compelled to warn other parents. If you care about your child’s well-being, stay far away from this place. 1. Health and Safety Concerns – My 3-year-old son started attending in early February. Within just a few days, he caught the flu. By the second week, he developed ringworm. This raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and hygiene practices at the school. 2. Uncaring and Unresponsive Staff – One morning, when my wife was dropping off our son, he became upset and didn’t want to stay. He cried so hard that he eventually vomited all over her. Shockingly, not a single staff member stepped in to help, comfort him, or even offer something to clean up the mess. My wife had to go into his classroom to ask for napkins, and even then, no one came to assist or console our son. Feeling completely abandoned by the staff, she decided to take him home. When she later called the school to express her frustration, their only response was to ask if he was sick. That was the final straw. We immediately withdrew him from the school, only to find that they still charged us for the rest of the week, billed us for an additional week, and kept our deposit. This experience was beyond disappointing—it was unacceptable. I urge all parents to think twice before enrolling their child here.

We absolutely LOVE this place! From the moment we walked in, we felt so welcomed by the staff, and it immediately felt like a safe and happy place for my little one. The teachers and assistants are just incredible. My toddler has had the most amazing teachers, and they’ve been so patient, kind, and genuinely invested in his growth and happiness. They always make time to share little updates about his day in the app, and it’s clear how much they care about every child. The space is wonderful—bright, clean, and so thoughtfully designed for little ones to explore and learn. There’s always something fun and engaging happening, whether it’s art projects, storytime, or outdoor play. I love how they incorporate different activities that help with social skills, creativity, and just letting toddlers be toddlers. It’s such a relief knowing my child is in a place where he’s not only cared for but also thriving. I’m so grateful to have found this daycare—it truly feels like an extension of our family. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a nurturing, fun, and safe environment for their little one!

The staff and teachers here are absolutely amazing! Especially, the gals up front. Our son Liam has progressed a ton, since he started attending Kiddie Academy. We are so grateful for everything they do there and highly recommend this daycare! ❤️❤️❤️

Kiddie academy has gone above & beyond in my opinion in regards to daycare facilities! Their building & grounds is very well kept, the staff is extremely friendly, and as a first time parent they make you feel very comfortable about leaving your child in their care. They provide daily reports to let you know how your child’s day went, what activities they completed and photos to keep you from missing special moments. I would HIGHLY recommend Kiddie Academy to anyone looking for a 5 star location!
