This daycare has been a growing nightmare with my son's mother and I as first time parents. Things started promising , it seemed like a well knit and friendly environment that was really affordable in the area. Months down the line, we started getting several incidents where my child was getting bit so hard by another child, he had several bite marks and bruisings from these events. There was a moment where he was bit on the finger and we were not advised because it wasn't from "the shoulder up". His finger was scabbed with skin missing. We had voiced these concerns and advised biters of the class were exercising biting a rubber necklace and "Kids will be kids". We all know this to be true, but we don't want our kids mangled. Unfortunately this never stopped the biting episodes because he had one more bite mark on his shoulder making it a 4th occurrence. We also had another conversation about how the staff expects us to keep up with our son's inventory rather than us being advised when need to bring in more of his doctor's approved milk alternative or even diapers. We were told our son had no more diapers often rather than he was running low so we know when to bring more in, leaving the impression he still has some in the inventory rather than having non at all. These concerns apparently made the staff "uncomfortable" and the director Britney felt the need to reach out and tell us her staff don't feel comfortable with my son's mother and she is willing to take our 2 week leave notice asap so we can leave the daycare. This set the tone for the next 3 weeks leading until June 10th. She has shown that she has no real concern or want to build relationships with the parents who are asking for better communication and needs from this daycare's service. After these events transpired, we then had reoccurring events of our son needing to stay home on various odd days every so often for random fevers, sicknesses, throw ups, and lastly an insanely false accusation of having hands foot mouth disease which his pediatrician has stated he does not have that sickness. Britney has lead us to feel targeted and lose sleep, work time and trust in daycares such as these. Her communication skills and tendency to be argumentative is the truly sickening part of this daycare's operations. We advised he will no longer be attending the daycare and she stated "Alrighty" and ended to conversation.

I'll be completely honest. We've been sending our 2 children there since the place opened because we were familiar with the name. Our two kids went there for 3 years under Bailey. Just like any other kids they had their moments good and bad. Bailey went back to teaching elementary school and this place went under new management. The manager seemed nice enough but it seemed as if a lot of the staff went when the management changed. They had a difficult time finding a teacher for VPK and had to fill the position with regular staff. Jodie would often fill this position. She wasn't very good with kids and especially our daughter. Every day she would wait for me to pick up the kids and she would complain about how my girl would scream and cry all day (she has a hard time trusting new adults). My daughter would come home complaining that Ms. Jodie would call her a baby and put her in (time-out) in front of the other kids. Then the final straw, a boy who heard the name calling by Ms. Jodie would bully my daughter by calling her a baby and say she wore diapers (she was very proud of being potty trained). My daughter got fed up and showed the boy she wore panties and not a diaper. They pulled my daughter out of class and ostracized her, Jodie seemed very content on my daughter being the first kid she had to write a referral for. When I brought the issue up to management they let it fall on deaf ears. I pulled my kids out as soon as I found another facility. Mind you I could also complain about how this place will nickel and dime you. They've closed the facility several times for COVID , the water/electricity shutting off, and lice, yet they still charged you for the service, even though they didn't watch your kids.
