I couldn't be happier with Kendall Academy Preschool for my niece! The small class sizes ensure she receives plenty of individual attention, and the teachers are truly wonderful—so caring and dedicated. It's clear they genuinely love what they do, which makes all the difference. I also love the aftercare program, which offers fantastic activities like soccer and ballet. These programs not only keep her active but also give her the chance to explore new interests. Overall, Kendall Academy provides such a well-rounded experience, and it's amazing to see how much she’s thriving in this supportive and engaging environment. I highly recommend it to any family looking for a nurturing preschool experience!

As a father, I couldn't be more thrilled with our choice of Kendall Academy Preschool for my daughter. The teachers are incredibly dedicated and truly care about each child's development. The curriculum is engaging and thoughtfully designed, giving my daughter the foundation she needs to succeed. I’m so appreciative of the warm, nurturing environment they’ve created. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend Kendall Academy to other families. While the individual teachers are wonderful (especially Ms. Eloisa), the school is very poorly managed and it’s evident that they prioritize money over people. We started at Kendall Academy about two years ago. When we first arrived, the school was in significant turmoil with a high amount of teacher turnaround. Teachers and administrators would leave or get fired with very little explanation or communication. We turned a blind eye to these issues because we really did love the teachers who stayed and we appreciated that many of those teachers spoke Spanish. We even recommended some friends to Kendall, but they ended up leaving due to the amount of turnaround. In hindsight, we should have followed suit. In early 2024, Kendall announced that it was reducing class sizes and that it was significantly increasing tuition (about a 40% price increase). Unfortunately, that price increase did not go to the teachers (we asked) and many families (about 50%) were forced to find alternative daycare solutions. That was a huge hit to the community when many hospital workers depended on Kendall for childcare. But again, we decided to stay and even defended Kendall’s choices to other families (joke’s on us). Just last month we learned that Kendall was offering a discount to families who work at the hospital. Sounds great, right? Turns out that Kendall was only offering this discount to new families and had zero intention of telling current families about this discount. My husband does pick-up and drop-off every day in his hospital scrubs… they clearly knew he worked at the hospital, but never mentioned the discount. Kendall did just recently announce the discount to all families, but it turns out that they only did so because one of the hospital employees found out about the discount and threatened to withdraw her children from daycare. Kendall does not care about their families; they are just trying to make as much money as possible. Fast forward to now. We just had our third child and had to move to a new daycare that would accept children at 3 months of age (Kendall did just change their policy to allow younger kids; apparently they can change that policy, just not others). We provided Kendall with the required 30 days’ notice that our four year old would be leaving as of 1/18. On the first week of January I noticed that Kendall had charged us for the entire month. When I asked them to prorate the final month, the front office told me that it’s policy to charge for the entire month. After days of asking for the owners to call, they finally did on an “unknown” number. Seriously? When we finally got in touch with the owners they said they couldn’t reimburse the money because “it’s their policy.” (Yes, a policy they made.) What kind of policy charges you for services you are not receiving? Not to mention the fact that they get to bring in a new student (charge that student) and charge us at the same time… it’s a scam. Bottom line. Kendall has shown us time and time again that money is more important than their families. I get it, they’re a business. But treat your families with some common decency. And if you do have to choose Kendall, don’t agree to autopay…. Once they get your money, it’s gone.

I’m grateful for the amazing experience my son has had at this daycare. The staff is absolutely wonderful—so caring, attentive, and truly dedicated to each child. They’ve created a learning environment that combines the structure and tech of a big institution with the warmth and personal feel of a in home daycare/school. What I love most is that everyone knows each child/ parent by name, and even with so many kids and parents, they really make an effort to connect with every family. My son feels so loved and valued here, and I couldn’t be happier with the care he’s getting.

They do a wonderful job and caring for and providing a great learning experience for my child, I truly feel like she is well ahead of the curve for her age thanks to Kendall!

I've seen my son learning, playing and growing in a healthy environment surrounded by love. I'm so grateful that I found this academy for him. I want to say THANK YOU to all the staff... teachers, directors, cleaning services, kitchen, every one of them is comprised with the development of our kids. I love and recommend this Academy 100%.

We’ve been so happy with Kendall Academy in Vero Beach, FL! After moving to Vero Beach nearly two years ago, we were recommended this school by locals, and it has exceeded our expectations. Our toddler has absolutely fallen in love with the school and it's amazing teachers. The environment is warm, welcoming, and nurturing. We couldn’t recommend it enough!

I love everything about Kendall, how professional they are, good communication, how clean it is, and most importantly there school curriculum. I love how safe they make me feel with code to enter the building. I love how young they start teaching the kids. I also love how Kendall provides breakfast, lunch and snacks. As a busy mom with a full time job this saved me a lot of time in the morning. My son started going to Kendall when he turned 10month old. He is now 3. He always had excellent teachers. They have thought my son the colors, ABC, how to color and a lot more. He loves music as well thanks to Kendall. I am so impressed and amazed how quickly he is learning. They go above and beyond! My son will forever have this memories from when he went to Kendall Academy. I would highly recommend this preschool to everyone!
