Author: Angelica Oleske Rating: 1/5 Date: 2/25/2025, 2:17:10 PM Review: Most of the teachers are very nice. However, this daycare lacks organization. My infant was not being watched while there were two teachers in the room, and she fell into a bookshelf. Her mouth was bleeding and bottom tooth jutted outward. When she got home, the tooth fell out. We received apologies but that was not enough, for what my infant has been through. Also, one of the new teachers gave my infant large tortellini pasta when she did not eat table food yet. Luckily, she did not choke. The sorry excuse that I received from Celeste (The Director), was that she is “new”. The teacher should have been trained properly, or fired for the lack of common sense. Also, the staff are not consistent with feeding the infants the same time everyday and sometimes message in the app asking how often should my child eat.

This daycare is wonderful! They really do care about the kids and it shows. My child has been going to this daycare for almost a year now. We have loved all of her teachers between the 2 classes, The one year and the 2 year old class.

I’m a disabled veteran and wasn’t given Veterans Day off after visiting my family’s gravesites the day before was having a rough day. I informed the directors and they fired me that same day. Must not like veterans idk but it was for the best.
When circumstances required us to put our son into daycare earlier than planned, we had a ton of nerves and we toured multiple daycares in the area before choosing Harbor View. He receives personal attention and care, and they send detailed reports of his day along with photos. The teachers and staff have been very kind to our family and our little boy, and my family has commented on our son's progress since beginning learning at Harbor View. The meals are healthy and fresh, and they work a lot on learning and keep them active as well. I'm also very grateful for the consistent communication and the well taken care of facilities.
My grandson has severe autism stage 3 he can't function like normal kids can't talk and get frustrated when he can't communicate we enroll him there because the recruited said that they can handle a kid with this condition .he was expelled because he violence behavior your staff is obviously not trained for this king of kids .I want to apologize to the parents .and other kids that got effective by this believe me it's not parenting you should screen the kids you allow in your facilities so they can be a fit for your organization
I accidentally saw advertisement about the grand opening of the new location back in February. This was the very first child care facility we've been to. To be honest, I wasn't even considering putting my 2.5 year old just yet because I have the privilege to be home with her. Luckily, my friend who has 3 kids came with me and asked all the questions I didn't even realize I need to ask. She and I both loved the facility, the way everything was organized, the fact breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack were included. I did a quick research of other facilities after that and non of them offered everything Harbor View has to offer. It was a big transition for my daughter and she is still crying in the morning when I take her but that's just the separation anxiety. She quickly calms down when I leave and has wonderful rest of the day. She loves the teachers, she tells me about them all the time. They are definitely huge help and try everything they can to accommodate and help her. And for that, I am forever grateful. A friend of mine is considering sending her 2 year old son because I brag about it all the time. Thank you, Harbor View!
Our (just over) 1 year old son has been going here for almost a month now and he's been doing great! He comes home exhausted from playing with friends all day. We love the themed weeks for the kids and the wide variety of foods that they have the kids explore. We get photos and videos throughout or near the end of the day and if there are any issues, we are contacted through the app, which is user friendly. Not to mention, our little guy loves his teacher, Miss K! For our first and only daycare experience, we are quite pleased!
We really like our teacher MS Vera she is so sweet with our little one . I like the app updates with pictures throughout the day and updates on what was eaten, diaper changes etc
My son started here in April after being home for the past 2 years, and he loves it here! He transitioned way better than we expected, and I truly believe it’s because the amazing staff that works here! He is so excited to come to school everyday and he’s made such big strides in his skills since starting! He is in the pre-k room and has made some of the best friends ever! The director, Ms. Celeste, is very hands on with the kids and has created such an amazing environment for the center! I definitely recommend Harbor View!
