Brenda is completely unprofessional and RUDE , she contacted ME , then when I contacted her back she was incredibly rude and tried to gas light me that she didn't remember calling me but there was two missed calls from that number . Then she got snippy when I told her that I was just calling because I had two missed calls from the number .
I love the staff and teachers, The kids are happy to come in and are excited to be in the building, that shows how they take care of their children. My daughter always talks about her teacher how she loves her! Miss Cindy thank you for what you do! Thank you to all the staff and teachers for taking good care of the kids in your watch.
Any good review is a fake review. When you walk in with your child you have to hope the director, Brenda is in a decent mood. Brenda doesn't know how to communicate.
My daughter was at Bright Discoveries for several years and she loved it there. All of the teachers and Ms. Brenda took amazing care of her and helped her learn and grow over the years. She was always greeted with a smile and a hug. We loved the art project she brought home and was so proud to show off. All of the teachers were kind and willing to help us work through any issues that came up.
My grandson was in this wonderful preschool only two short years, but their programs prepared him wonderfully for school. He came to them with some behavioral and listening issues, the "toddler temper". The staff were patient with him, including Ms. Brenda, and set him on the track for success. They also shared some techniques with me to use at home with my grandson that were very helpful. Ms Brenda has been at this school for many years and has loads of education and experience in dealing little people. It's very true that not all programs are a perfect fit for all children or families, I know from experience because once upon a time I did daycare myself. Bright Discoveries was certainly a perfect fit for us!
My son went to Bright discoveries back in 1990 or 91 and now my grandson is going there. He had been in a very loving home daycare setting since he was a newborn but it was time for him to be in a structured classroom setting, he has absolutely jumped by leaps and bounds in his learning, and in his socializing and his teacher. Miss Stacy is amazing but more importantly, the Director, Brenda, who has been there going on almost 40 years is the heart of that school and any child that is part of that school is blessed.
I absolutely love bright discoveries…my son had been in a in home daycare setting and we switched him. He is more outgoing, talking more and just over all happier. I love his teacher Ms Cindy as well as the other staff! They embrace my son every morning with hugs and smiles…Brenda has been great with keeping us up to date on his days as well as Stacey.
We transferred our son to Bright Discoveries about 4 months ago and to say he has made such an improvement would be an understatement… He’s 3 and everyday he’s excited to go to school and see all the staff and play with his friends. He has learned so much from being there and can’t wait to see what else he learns
After transferring my kids to the school and thinking that this would be a great school for my children, I realized that the Director is unprofessional and unkind, and upon reading other reviews, it also confirms that she has been treating other families as she treated mine very rude and disrespectful taking my children out of school because she didn’t want to deal with them after I have done everything and seeked all resources to help my children as a single mom of 3 kids I will do anything for my kids and has treated not only me but also my family that would help me with the kids with that school disrespectfully throwing my children’s items at my mother and shooshing my kids out of school telling me my child was dangerous when he’s only 2 1/2 is absolutely unacceptable. Maybe she should give her teachers assistants help . Mrs.Stacy is an amazing teacher and unfortunately the school is lead by an unprofessional director. I do not recommend this school to anyone kids need love and patience and behavioral changes take time. Grateful to all the services that helped but they need a new director who shows compassion patience and is not rude or unprofessional. I would love to speak to the owner of this school to let her know our experience.
