Rn away from this place. Do not take your children.

let me start off with horrible communication. They have carpets all through the school and I have never seen them once have a company come in a clean. they have mold in the classrooms from the storms and never cleaned the carpets. or changed them even though they got soaked with storm water. it smelled horrendous for weeks.. the teachers are wonderful. Mrs.Diane and Colleen are both completely unprofessional and don't care about the students! but even if you go on vacation for the whole week give notice and everything your still required to pay the whole week tuition. The Values they hold are just money money money. They suspended my son for a week with no notice I didn't get notified or anything when I went to pick him up. didn't get an incident report or anything. mind you the child, who has autism for running up the hallway not responding when he never responds. He has autism mind you. and because I asked for a paper to notify my job she put on the paper the family is not returning! because I got upset for not being informed that my child was suspended until I brought him back the following day. As a parent I think that is something that should've been discussed at the time of incident when I picked him up at 11 on Tuesday the day of the situation. not when I am bringing him in on Thursday morning. Talk about lack of communication. It's Insane I'm even going through this. Horrible experience. if your child has any kinds of special needs I would stay far away from this place. Let me not forget they have had instances of Adults picking up students who are not on the allowed pick up list! They had a whole dispute with the legal parent upset because they were going through courts and someone not authorized picked the child up. Because they never change the door code. They allow everyone to just go in no security precautions or anything. There’s a lock on the door but over the past 4 yrs they have never once changed the code.. it’s unsafe. And no one supervises the doors. People come and go all through the day and more.

Upon reading the reviews , I can attest that this place has gone downhill . It used to be of amazing quality , priorities in order . Not anymore ,… unfortunately. ask any former employee specially the ones whose children were enrolled when we trusted it. Former employees who CHOSE to have their children here are not satisfied with it . That , alone , should tell you all you need to know before picking a place to place your precious cargo. Sure , ms Colleen is the best ;but ms Dianne is a cancer to her own business

Both of my older 2 children went here and I could not recommend it enough.

My 2 nieces were enrolled there, and now they both are 13 and 14 and straight A students. I believe Bay Vista played a huge roll in their scholastic endeavors.

This place is amazing i used to go here and love everything they have amazing activities for the kids and the teachers are wonderful! It’s a fun place to be.

I’ve known Ms.Diane for my entire life. As a child I used to ride my bike by her house daily and always got a smile and a wave. But before that, I was enrolled at her first day care. I still at 36 have vivid memories of the activities we would do. Making noodle necklaces and even sharing some delicious Mac and cheese we made in class! I made friends there I still cherish today. Ms Diane has been there for me and has helped me out more than anyone outside my own family. As my family grows it only made sense to bring my child to the day care I attended. I was blown away getting back in touch with my old friend and neighbor as we picked up like I’d never left! My son loves going to school every day and oftentimes asks me on the weekends if we are going to school. The summer activities schedule is like nothing at any other day care I’ve ever seen. Each week is planned with activities. Bounce houses and water slides, pizza parties and summer time activities. I swear my kid has more fun at school than home! Ha ha he absolutely loves it there. Ms Diane has such a love for each child. You can see it at the end of the day when the kids are leaving they all want to stop by her office to say goodbye or play the piano displayed outside her office. She has never turned a child away from that piano. We could be deep in conversation and hear boing bang pow on the keys and the parent says something like “oh no don’t do that someone is on the phone” but ms Diane loves it! She invites the little ones to play their hearts out not matter what it sounds like :-) When I came on hard times couldn’t pay my tuition. Lack of help from my other half Left me scrambling to figure life out as a single dad. Literally filling the role of both parents over night. I was scared I’d lose my place to live forget about day care! I came in to tell Ms Diane I couldn’t handle it anymore that I’d have to keep my son home or find another place because I didn’t qualify for the ESL or ELS ELC or whatever it’s called. They see my over time half the year and think I make too much they didn’t look at the slow half of the year. So I’m all upset MsDiane reminded me I came from a family with twins(my sister and I) and that my parents even needed the help some times. She told me not to stress, that she understood. She’s worked with me on tuition so my son could stay enrolled. I know I’m not the only person she has helped with tuition. Or even loaned a helping hand to when in dire need. She has been there. I feel like if you were on the fence about where to take your child. Go to bay vista learning center make an appointment for a tour of the school. Go on a water day and see just how much fun these kids have each and every day! Ms Diane is at the center. They decorate the school in different themes every year for summer. last year she did a fantasy theme with Murals on all the walls in the entry way of the school. When the kids came in for the first time it was like seeing them at Disney. The summer program is awesome my son just loves going to school every day. I would give 100 stars if I could. Don’t let a couple bad reviews sway your opinion.

MY BABY WAS GIVEN TO A STRANGER! THIS IS A REAL REVIEW! DIANE THE OWNER is having employees and parents write good review's to help them and cover up the truth. MY BABY WAS GIVEN TO A STRANGER! One week ago today on 6/17 I arrived to the daycare to pick up my 3year old son, when I arrived I went into the classroom To sign him out and noticed that his lunchbox was not in there. I Went to the playground where I normally pick him up from, and when I asked the teacher where he was, the teacher replied that he was picked up by his grandmother. I instantly went into a panic as I had just gotten to the school from his grandmother’s house. My heart dropped I began to cry and shake my worst nightmare was coming reality. My son was handed to a complete stranger who took my son out of the school and drove away with him. There was no access to cameras and especially in a situation like this where every minute counts for a missing child The owner didn’t even have access herself. There was no emergency policy put into place people were able to enter the building and leave With their children, as I frantically ran around, looking for my son in every classroom outside of the building in the bathrooms. Thank God my son was brought back but this has lead to a road of emotional, mental trauma. My son won’t even go to family members who he knows. He won’t leave my side at home he cries even if I go to the bathroom and he always says that the “monster” is going to take him again. This is my worst nightmare. The teacher Miss Isabel who failed to properly check the persons ID with a second employee present is still employed and that there shows me how much the safety of my child meant to DIANE. Not even an apology from the Owner DIANE herself who said in front of police officers “THINGS HAPPEN”. 🤯😡 THIS HAS COMPLETELY AFFECTED MY FAMILY BUT MOST OF ALL MY BABY! AND HAS BEEN TREATED AS IF IT WAS NOT A BIG DEAL (BY THE OWNER) 😢
