While the infant care goes beyond basics, actively helping my baby reach milestones. Fun activities and enriching learning experiences contribute to a well-rounded day for each of them. I appreciate the efforts in fostering a strong connection between home and school, creating a seamless experience for my little one. This was our second time having a child in daycare so we had our experience with our oldest at another Provider to compare to. Our experience with the infant room was chaotic and unreliable due to staffing, most times when a concern was brought up with staff in the room the response was “I’m just the floater, I can’t answer that.” Or “I’m not sure, I wasn’t in the room at that time.” It was disconcerting when your infant can’t come home and speak for themselves, you need to feel as though you can trust the people that are caring for your child. There was a day when our infant was not fed for 7 hours (no bottle was given) because somehow staff had overlooked his feeding schedule. Over the 6 months we attended there was a change in Leadership. Several conversations were had both before and after that change regarding concerns and inconsistencies with staff and following feeding schedule, entering the daily notes in the app. We were told certain steps would be implemented to try and ensure consistency, but as far as we saw they may have been initiated but not enforced. Things did improve slightly when we transitioned to toddler room. Our child ended up being hospitalized due to pneumonia and was out for a week, no one called to check and see where he was or how he was doing. Overall there were Too many conversations and concerns to be had, and we felt that our child was ultimately a number or dollar sign. On a consistent basis we overheard staff speaking very loudly, almost in a yelling manner to the kids in the older classrooms. We have attended other centers/schools for our oldest child and have never heard teachers speaking in such tones. Management might benefit from consulting with other area Providers who have been around longer. There were staff who seemed to truly care for our child, but the frustration and concerns experienced within the initial 6 months outweighed and confirmed our decision to leave. ----- Author: Yvena Mombrun Rating: 5/5 Date: 9/2/2022, 10:23:04 PM Review: Have not started my infant son yet but appearance matters!!! Very clean, staff is very welcoming and professional. Being a first time mom, I feel at ease leaving my son here. I have trust issues and bad thoughts of things that can happen in a daycare but I feel at peace with The Learning Experience at Wesley Chapel!! Looking forward to building relationship and seeing my son learn and grow.

They are always doing a variety of extra fun activities and the kids love going there. Ms. Samantha is amazing and always goes out of her way to make sure the kids know she is happy for them to be there. That’s a great feeling and makes me feel comfortable leaving them. Ms. Yuri is also very friendly. Ms. Kim is my granddaughter’s teacher and she absolutely loves her. All of the teachers and staff I have interacted with are super friendly and helpful. I am really grateful I found TLE, they not only treat my kids well but genuinely care about their well being and helping them advance. Both of my kids wake up in the morning asking to go to school (even on the weekends) it feels good knowing that they are enjoying themselves there as well. I would recommend to anyone, especially if you are on the fence about daycare or worried about the quality of care your babies will receive. I can honestly say that a day hasn’t passed where my son isn’t in a great mood when I pick him up at the end of the day. I’ve had no issues with the facility or the staff, everything is maintained clean and safe for my son and the staff is honestly very understanding and awesome to work with!

My son recently was tested in order to attend kindergarten at an international baccalaureate K-12 school. In order to “pass” their tests, he needed to know quite a bit of kindergarten level knowledge. Due to his wonderful teachers and curriculum at TLE, he passed! My experiences at The Learning Experience have been truly delightful across the board. Beginning with Yuri, the Curriculum Coordinator-she’s the joyous, radiating light that attends to any and everything parents need and then some! She is wonderful with children, has an unheard of work ethic, all while greeting everyone with a contagious smile! The Director has a wonderful open door mentality to ease your mind and create a positive and comfortable environment. My child’s teachers need all the acknowledgment as well! Ms. Katie and Ms. Sparta (sorry if I spelt it wrong) are very supportive and are willing to stop and listen while considering each child’s needs. I will continue to recommend this center to anyone. My son will surely be ready for kindergarten next year after completing this well structured VPK program. Coming from another daycare/school, I cried happy tears when I first saw this establishment. This is not just watching your child or babysitting. They have real curriculum. The truly TEACH. My 2.5 yr old is THRIVING since being here. She went from a handful of words to speaking in sentences after a week here. She LOVES her teachers. She wakes up and asks for them. I know I won’t have enough space to express all the wonderful parts of this school but I’ll try. The resources are endless. They have a room that’s a miniature town. An interactive screen for learning. She brings home multiple workbooks a month with a personalized explanation of each activity and how she accomplished it and if she needed help. She comes home the way I sent her. With all her items and even her hair bows. Other places can be chaos. But I know she’s getting attention and care 100% of the time. Of course this is all we want as parents. I receive pictures throughout the day as well as what she ate and how much of it. The playground is so pretty and fun. The entire faculty is clean and warm and happy. Every day we come in and are greeted by the happiest staff who all manage to know details of my child’s days while knowing the same for the tons of other students! We truly love Ms. Sam, Ms. Yuri, Ms. Jessica, Ms. Stacia, Ms. Crystal, her teachers Ms. Mia and Ms. Paige and everyone else there. They welcomed us with open arms when my son was 2 years old. He never left there unhappy! He has had great teachers along the way! The staff always smiling and welcoming. Great communication. Only problem I’ve ever had is him talking non stop about Ms. Janine!! He wants to go to school every day! He doesn’t want to be picked up early and he has to see Ms. Janine! She adores my son and I love how crazy he is about her. He also loves Ms. Sam and Ms. Crystal. He has a big smile when he sees either of them! They really take care of him and it shows! TLE is a great family. Front desk is where it starts! Brooklyn, Diana, and Lauren are great as well! Every daycare has its pros and cons and I DO NOT play about my son. Their curriculum is very good. This was a great choice for us! He’s smart as a whistle, always “teaching” us something new, and is devastated to leave for kindergarten… thank you TLE! During the weekends he mentions missing his teachers, especially Ms. Crystal, which to me is a great sign that he loves who he is around and happy with where he is attending. Their VPK curriculum has also impressed me.
