We have felt so comfortable dropping off our 10 week old as we transitioned back to work! The communication and photos in the app daily are just EVERYTHING! So cute! The ladies in the infant room are absolutely amazing. I have to give special recognition to Mrs. Cyrina who spends time "chatting" every morning with my baby + gets the biggest smiles and giggles (now that we're giggling!). We couldn't have asked for a better place to send our little girl.

We had our daughter at a different place in the area for over a year and she never got used to it. She cried everytime we dropped her off, wasn't getting her diaper changed enough, was coming home with diaper rash constantly, all the kids had snot all over their faces because they weren't wiping their noses practically at all, and the teachers and staff didn't have the best attitude. Within just days of switching to TLE, the drop off was already going smooth and our daughter started expressing to us how excited she was about school the next day. She absolutley loves Miss Marsha and all the teachers shes had so far. The teachers and staff are phenomenal, super nice, and all of the kids seem to love it there. The place is clean, organized, and safe. I can't think of any way this place could improve. It wasn't easy to drop off our first baby (who at the time was 6 months old) at a new facility in the midst of the COVID pandemic. However, the staff and teachers have always been so welcoming, loving, and supportive. The center has experienced changes in administration and staff since then but we have always been pleased with the care and attention they give to our children and their peers. Ms. Leslie, Ms. Tori, and Ms. Maddie have done a wonderful job in overseeing staff and ensuring that the children are well taken care of. I sometimes will see Ms. Maddie or Ms. Tori visit the classrooms to check in and help out when needed. Not only do they take such good care of our kids, but they also implement a well-rounded curriculum and schedule. I love seeing the pictures and updates during the day on their app. They incorporate sensory activities and learning even from the Infants classroom! I love their Spanish curriculum. Our daughter has recently been coming home telling us all of the things she learns and the new Spanish words she heard that day. She loves Ms. Jessie and Ms. Marsha! I'm grateful for their patience and love for our daughter, who can be a bit sassy at times. Ms. Jessie helped guide us in potty training our daughter who took a lot longer than we anticipated to get the hang of it. Ms Jamiya is an amazing lead teacher for the Infant A classroom! I love all the creativity and work she puts in the activities for the babies and the pictures and decorations that make the classroom visually engaging. Its been a journey to finally land here dealing with less than stellar experiences with prior centers. Our Bright Horizons closed temporally in 2020 due to the pandemic (Citi Employee we have our own BH which we loved). This forced us to have to look for a daycare. We didn’t know what to look for having been used to having our own family center. We sure know what to look for now. After two bad experiences (which initially the places were fine…they always are…you never really know the place until you get into it) we finally found TLE-Flagler. I explained *everything* to the director Ms Jen about the previous locations and what we were currently dealing with and she understood and knew right away what we needed. We were lucky they had a spot for both our kiddos as many places have waiting lists. Ms Jen and the whole front staff are great. Ms Rajitha is great with our oldest and he transitioned so well. Prior “issues” we were told about at previous center *magically* not being an issue showing us it wasn’t him (completely) it’s teacher’s knowing what they’re doing. He loves her and Ms Heather his now VPK teachers. Our youngest also transitioned well and loves his teachers Ms Maddie and Ms Taylor. In the morning when we park he is already yelling “Ms Maddddiiie!” It’s nice to drop your kids off knowing they want to go and knowing the staff is experienced and more than capable not having to stress about “what’s going to happen today”. The staff seems very caring and always smiling. In the morning teachers seem to alternate who’s in early and it doesn’t matter if a child is in their class or not they know all the kids of all ages by name and greet them with a smile to start their day. The staff goes out of their way to tell you to have a good night and tell you about your child’s day. They keep up with their app with live updates giving us pictures and showing us activities the kids are doing and what meals they are having. The center is always clean, organized, and has a great STEAM curriculum for all ages. Ms Jens office is right in front with her door always open to greet families or chat. If you are looking for a center with staff and management who actually care and have experienced teachers TLE-Flagler is the place. Turnover is a huge issue in daycares and that has not been the case here. If only we had found them sooner! We are happy to be here now!

My boys have grown and learned so much in the just over a year of being in the care of TLE Flagler Center. The phones are always delightfully answered, questions and concerns addressed immediately, and we are always greeted with friendly hellos and goodbyes with every coming and going. Ms. Teniyah has done a tremendous job of meeting our children where they are, helping with speech, motor skills and learning independence and responsibility. She has a genuine care for all the children in her classroom and takes the time to debrief us about what happened that day and how our kids are developing, as well as showing an interest in our parenting style and personalities to better understand and communicate with our children. It is a testament to her that our children run to their classroom each morning and are excited to start their day! Although my kids are now transitioning to the next classroom, I am confident that they will continue to excel because of the love that was poured into them from Ms. T. (Also special shout out to Ms. Celine and Ms. Megan--you both rock!!!)

The Learning Experience - Flagler Center has been an excellent choice for our family. The administrators are kind and receptive, always going the extra mile to keep us informed and ease any concerns, and the center has a lot of events, especially around holidays. Recently, they had a "snow day" with foam and a few months ago, they had a bubble truck. The kids love all these events. My sons started in Ms Teniyah's class, and despite their initial anxiety about going to daycare for the first time, they quickly fell in love with Ms T. From the beginning, she showed them so much love and affection. We had some concerns that they were behind in language skills; within 1 week with Ms T, they were talking much more often and had expanded their vocabulary twofold. Ms T made a special effort to learn how to pronounce the Cambodian word for "grandma"; she always made the time to update us on the boys; she took lots of pictures for the app; and she taught them so much about kindness and manners. The boys are now moving up to the next class, but they have been well loved and prepared by Ms T.

This center is absolutely amazing! My daughter has received so much love and care thanks to Ms.K and Ms.Jimyah. I have witnessed not only the love that they provide for my daughter but also the tools that they give her to make sure that she succeeds educationally, socially and physically. I am a first time mom and sending my child to daycare was a bit of a struggle. Thanks to the staff I feel comfortable leaving My daughter here knowing that she In great hands much similar to my own. I don't even have to check the app most days because I know she is being well taken care of.

We recently moved our almost 2-year-old from another daycare due to concerns about constant turnover and poor communication. Thanks to the way the TLE staff and teachers handled everything, the transition was seamless—I wish we had made the switch sooner! We had always worried that the change would be difficult, but their support and professionalism made it so easy. We love the structured schedule and all the activities they provide. By the fourth day, our child stopped fussing at drop-off and was excited to go. We are so happy with our experience so far—the communication has been excellent, and it’s such a relief knowing he is in a great place and well cared for. Thank you!
My son has turned into a different child since he began attending this center! He wasn’t on any sort of schedule or consistent plan at his old center which made him difficult to deal with at times, and he would be upset when he came home. At TLC - Flagler he has been GREAT! He has learned so much since starting here! Every moment of their day is structured and consistent. He is sooo much happier here and hasn’t been in trouble one time. The patience that his teacher, Ms. Marsha has shown my child has helped him emotionally regulate much better than he had in the past. He talks about her all the time, and she does a really wonderful job of re-directing him as he is on the go, go, go! She even teaches them Spanish in the morning!! I couldn’t ask for a better teacher and daycare center! Thrilled I made the switch!
