My daughter is a preemie baby, she started in the infant room at 7 months old (4 months adjusted age), and she has done so well here! The teachers and staff took the time to listen to us as we explained my daughter’s individual needs and care requirements as a preemie, and they have done such an excellent job meeting her individualized needs. Every single teacher truly cares about each child in their class, and they are so caring with all of them. I feel so comfortable with my daughter attending this daycare, and the camera access is so convenient to check in on her, at any time, throughout the day. The communication between the daycare directors to parents has been excellent as well. I highly recommend this daycare!!

Amanda (the manager) was so comforting! Even 2 months before it was time for my child to attend this daycare she was always available to answer any questions I had in person, via email and via phone. I was given the opportunity to meet the teachers prior to starting the daycare and they exceeded my expectations. Ms. Zena, Ms. Trisha and Ms. Marisol in the infants class were fantastic. I actually felt like they were family. They treated my son as if he was theirs. I loved that about them. My son started daycare at 3 months old. I cried the first day I dropped him off and watched the camera off and on all day. Honestly after a week of my son attending the school and seeing the care and love he was given while there, I hardly ever watched the cameras because I trusted them so much. My child was never hurt, was always clean when I picked him up and he smiled when he saw his teachers every morning. They quickly learned my child’s mannerisms. These teachers take the time out to really get to know each child and they remember them well. Unfortunately my husband and I had to change daycares because our job commute was over 1.5 hours away to the daycare. This was the best first experience for daycares and I will always compare every daycare to this one.

El día de hoy la secretaria de esta escuela le canceló la matrícula a mi hijo sin justa causa, por el motivo de que dijo una mala palabra entre comillas “ “ ya que claramente es un niño de 3 años el cual tienen la obligación de educar y enseñar a no volverlo hacer mientras él esté en sus instalaciones a lo cual extraño mucho que fuera real ya que él nunca estando en casa ha dicho esta palabra y tampoco acostumbramos a decirla o escucharla en ninguna parte Fue la primera vez que lo hace, Y en el momento que hablamos con la profesora lo que ella hizo fue estigmatizar la palabra o la acción de mi hijo en vez de intentar guiar mejor su formación a no volver a cometer este error! El duro 1 año en dos cursos anteriores y nunca tuvimos algún reporte por algo de esta magnitud o parecida. Esto quiere decir que nunca existió más reportes por esto!Solo duró 2 semanas al rededor de 8 días asistiendo a este nuevo curso y la profesora no tuvo el profesionalismo para manejar este evento. Con respecto a la secretaria fue muy irrespetuosa e racista ya que nunca nos hizo buena cara por el tema de no hablar su idioma y el día de hoy enserio me sentí muy discriminado por parte de ella ya que ni siquiera espero a que entráramos para mirarnos muy mal y decirnos que tenías lo que hablar para decirnos que nos cancelo la matrícula por haberle exigido a la maestra ser profe i al con su trabajo. Mi consejo es que si no hablan inglés o son americanos de nacimiento! Porfavor no ingresen a sus hijos en esta escuela ya que la secretaria no les va a brindar su mejor versión y mucho menos atención ! Pésimo servicio por parte de esta señora -⭐️
Les puedo contar que si no están encima de las cámaras pendientes de sus hijos, van a vivir la peor experiencia. No es un lugar que se enfoca en los niños, sino en aparentar con una falsa sonrisa, lo que NO son. Las profesoras NO cuidan de los niños por estar hablando entre ellas, y mientras tanto por su mismo descuido, los niños se golpean entre ellos y nadie hace nada por educarlos, corregirlos, ni mucho menos enseñarles a no hacerlo. A mi hijo de 3 años lo discriminaron por haber dicho una “mala palabra en español” según ellos. Y lo hecharon del colegio inmediatamente, porque les manifesté que estaban haciendo un mal trabajo. Las cámaras que tienen en la instalación básicamente solo nosotros como padres tenemos que ser los únicos de cuidar por este medio, de nuestros propios hijos. Porque ellos ni siquiera se encargan de supervisar el mal actuar de sus docentes hacia los niños, por medio de sus propias cámaras. Y si por un momento pudiesen ingresar a observar las cámaras,se van a fijar que los gritan para callarlos, y los sientan de manera violenta para que se queden quietos, pero además si ven que otro niño los pudiese estar agrediendo, se van a dar cuenta que las profesoras están más pendientes de cumplir el orden del día, que de inculcar amor, respeto y educación por nuestros niños. Mi hijo estuvo durante 1 año y unos días, y puedo asegurarles que esté, no es un lugar seguro ni educativo para un niñ@.
I went through many schools until by chance passing by the street I saw this school and it was the best option for my baby, the experience has been wonderful for both my son and for me because it gives me a lot of peace of mind. All the staff, including the reception staff, are all wonderful. Thank you for being the best.
Our 3 year old attended Jupiter from 1.5 - 3 years of age. She had a great time, making good friends, and being supported by teachers and staff. It's definitely competitively priced and we always felt comfortable with her being there.
I am soooo happy my grandson is attending this Daycare/School! From the wonderful school administrator in the main office who each day greets and welcomes parents and family members like me, to the teachers who are so dedicated and transmit happiness to each child! I am a retired school teacher and principal who has the eye to realize what is going on in an educational institution, I can reassure you that the Jupiter School is a gem in early education. The use of Montessori educational materials and techniques give the children a good base for future learnings. Several of the instructional personnel are bilingual which is an incredible asset for kids brain development and socialization in a multicultural world! Personally, I am very grateful to Ms. Yaviellise, for being a happy, loving, and patient teacher! Thank you all and please keep it up!!!❤️
