If you have a problem with daycare take your child somewhere else and my baby been going there sense she 4 months old I’m pretty sure you can remove your child from the daycare if you thinks they doing something wrong if I cared about my granddaughter and if they did something wrong I wouldn’t keep bringing my children back period no ? About that so y’all need to judge for your self don’t let people fool you when they own child keeps coming back everyday and my grandson 4months going to be going to infant part of the daycare

My daughter has been going to Super Duck since the beginning of last year. I have never had complaints about the staff or Mrs. Banks. They go over the curriculum and explain how they are with the kids.

Don’t take your children here! The Supervisor beat a baby with a ruler, the owner was notified by staff. The owner stated she didn’t believe it because she’s known her for over 25 years so she was Suspended for 3 days and will be returning next week to abuse kids again! It’s common practice for the to hit children . Because no one feels comfortable enough to complain and when they do the owner sweeps it under the rug! The owner collects funds from ELC when children haven’t been there in months!!!! She over charges parents. My grandkids have gotten sick constantly! My newborn granddaughter was given other childrens pacifers repeatedly! Leaving her not even being able to cry!!! DCF needs to be notified!
i wouldnt want my son to go anywhere else ms banks and her staff are like family they really care about the kids
My son has been going here for almost 7 months and it's been great. They helped potty train him along with really teaching him. I can def tell he's been learning. All of the teachers are very nice and you can tell they really love their job.
