Our puppy, Revan, is 5m at the moment and they always make a big deal over him giving him lots of love. Revan can be a bit shy and they are really great and letting him relax and calm down and come into group time when he is ready. The staff has great communication, and you can tell they enjoy their job. The facility is beautiful in both the lobby and dog area. We also like that there are cameras in the facility as we like checking up on him. Once we even caught Revan sitting in the lap of an employee taking a nap which was heartwarming. My dog loves all the people he comes in contact with there, even though he is shy of strangers. The staff clearly loves him, too, and that’s great for boosting his confidence. I’ve taken my dogs to pet paradise since the first one opened twenty years ago in Jacksonville. I hope you open one in tampa proper.

This place is amazing! My pup stayed for one-on-one boarding and they took such good care of him.
I’ve brought my dog there for 4 years to get groomed and was told last time I went about the point system. I get my dog groomed today and not only did they not want to apply my points but the lady at the desk gave the worst customer experience. She shouts at me as I’m leaving “have a good day to you too ma’am” in her rude condescending tone. Will not be coming back groomers are a dime a dozen don’t wast your money here.
