I am writing to wholeheartedly recommend Carla as an outstanding manager at KinderCare. She is the cornerstone of the daycare’s operations, consistently going above and beyond to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the school. Carla is exceptionally organized, approachable, and professional, always managing tasks with efficiency and grace. Whether coordinating schedules, resolving concerns, or maintaining clear communication with parents and staff, she does so with an unwavering commitment to excellence. What truly sets Carla apart is her warmth and ability to make every family feel welcomed and supported. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about the children and their families, creating a positive and collaborative environment. I cannot recommend Carla highly enough. She is a true asset to KinderCare and a shining example of leadership and dedication.

I moved my kids from another daycare. And honestly it has been NIGHT AND DAY! My kids are much happier here they actually want to go to school. They love their teachers Ms. Sophia, Ms. Thea and Ms. Carla! The school is clean and my kids have NOT been sick since moving to this school! My oldest son has gotten SOO much better at tracing his letters and numbers and my youngest son has gotten so much better with Behavior Management! Honestly I am extremely grateful for this move and extremely proud of the progress that KinderCare has had on my boys! Thank you!

We cannot say enough great things about Cross Ridge KinderCare. Our infant started at 3 months old and we are so thankful we chose this location. Ms. Marisel is absolutely wonderful with the infants. She is so attentive, loving and truly cares for your baby. Each day they have developmentally appropriate activities that help to reinforce skills. They also have an app that allows us to see what our little is doing through out the day. We love Ms. Sophia and Ms. Carla, as well.

The staff at Cross Ridge is amazing! They care deeply about the kids in their care, and always go the extra mile. The director, Donna, is professional, honest, and you can feel how much she loves her job from the minute you walk in! She's cultivated a warm and welcoming atmosphere where kids WANT to be. Location is convenient, too. Can't say enough good things about this center❤️

We have been with KinderCare CrossRidge for many years. There have been turnover changes since the pandemic however Donna center director has done a great job managing these changes. She is passionate about providing a safe environment for children to thrive and succeed and her team has created a new brightness to the center! My son has enjoyed attending summer camp and all the fun activities and in-house field trips. We appreciate and won’t forget all the wonderful memories we’ve had over the years!

I haven't been part of the family for long but my daughter loved it there. Everyone has always made such an effort for fun and inclusive activities for the kids. Such fun, but always with some educational benefit as well. I am so thankful to all of the effort to get my daughter ready for kindergarten.

We have had our son enrolled as an infant and he is heading out to kindergarten. The staff has been amazing and he has grown leaps and bounds. It is hard to trust in others to watch and teach your child but I am so glad that we chose to go through those rough patches that this location has been though with finding the right fit for a new director. With Mrs. Donna stepping in and digging her heels in. She is working really hard to make the school better.I am seeing more arts and crafts being made with the children.Nothing makes a parent smile more than seeing your child proud of what they made themselves or what new and exciting things they have learned. It makes us know that we made the right decision not to find another school when they were going through the transition .We are grateful for the staff that has been there from the start.I want to give a special “Thank you” to Mrs.V,Mrs. Carla and Mrs. Thea for making my sons time at this school a memorable one!!!
